What is ‘fibre’ vs ‘full fibre’?
Unlike a ‘fibre’ network, which may include slow, old copper wire, we have a ‘full fibre’ broadband network. This means our FTTP/FTTH (fibre to the premises / fibre to the home) network connects our street cabinets directly to your home modem using fibre optic cables all the way. This is why our network is both "hyper reliable and hyperfast".

The whole process was quick and efficient.
From the appointment to the actual implementation
all this happened within a week .This is something that took Talk Talk almost a month and lost me some work time before turning to Lightning Fibre.

Rob and Glenn came to install my Lightning Fibre. They quickly worked out a route to my house from the road, dug a small trench and accessed the agreed room. They were professional, quick and neat. You would not know they had been on site. The service is working efficiently. I am very happy with the company.

The engineers couldn't have been more helpful, especially with a female living alone. They made me feel very safe and explained everything to me in a fashion I understood.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent, I was able to get through quickly and my concerns were dealt with promptly. I was back online within an hour after a glitch that meant my contract was cancelled.
Would recommend! Especially to anyone in my local area.

Terible experience when I spoke to…
Terible experience when I spoke to person was promised stuff that wasent true by sales person that I woukd get perfect signal in all rooms that they would conect my items change my passwords during insulation as I recently had a stroke and set up my WiFi extenders none of which happened I was left uable to log into my WiFi half my devices not conected terible service

More excellence.
Excellent service, this time it was phone calls to sort out my broadband package. Last time was the original installation. Ben was the guy on the phone and he was as helpful, professional and as pleasant as anyone could be. Soooo nice to not be messed around, and to speak to someone who knows what they're doing, AND who demonstrates wonderful customer service. Ben had the demeanor of a guy I felt I could go to a pub with for a few drinks. If I drank alcohol. Which I don't, except on special occasions. Unfortunately sorting out my broadband isn't THAT special, but Ben made me consider it. All rambling aside, this was exceptionally high level service once again from Lightning Fibre. So thank you, Ben. You were great.

After having an unresolved issue for a lengthy period, I wrote a letter which was responded to instantly upon receipt.
I can finally say that my faith has been restored.
The engineer who installed the new equipment was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble.
