What is ‘fibre’ vs ‘full fibre’?
Unlike a ‘fibre’ network, which may include slow, old copper wire, we have a ‘full fibre’ broadband network. This means our FTTP/FTTH (fibre to the premises / fibre to the home) network connects our street cabinets directly to your home modem using fibre optic cables all the way. This is why our network is both "hyper reliable and hyperfast".

Engineers were very good and co -operative, job went smoothly
All went very well, apart from unexpected delay NOT due to LF with phone, all OK in the End.
I now get very good speed on Broadband and good virtual phone service. Very satisfied , Hassle Free.
Well pleased so far.

We have had a very good experience with lightning fibre , from the first guy who knocked the front door , to the ones who installed the equipment.
They have all been polite & respectful to our property .
Really impressed with the person I spoke to over the phone who explained everything , we haven't had any problems with WiFi signals , very happy.

Lightening Fibre great experience
So far, a really great firm to deal with.
They were really informative, helpful and friendly on the phone, where they explained everything thoroughly. No hard sale.
I was kept updated through the whole installation process and the engineers were top notch.
This firm blows Vodaphone out of the water. I'm very impressed.

I'm a very satisisfied customer
This company was recommended to me and I have been very pleased with the product and service. Good communication throughout.
Very friendly technicians who did a good job. They made sure everything was working well before they left. They even offered to vacuum the floor are where they worked. Bonus they are locally based. I always prefer to support local business.
