What is ‘fibre’ vs ‘full fibre’?
Unlike a ‘fibre’ network, which may include slow, old copper wire, we have a ‘full fibre’ broadband network. This means our FTTP/FTTH (fibre to the premises / fibre to the home) network connects our street cabinets directly to your home modem using fibre optic cables all the way. This is why our network is both "hyper reliable and hyperfast".

Numerous issues. Not providing home tech support is a concern. After all we are not all tech savvy.

As a broadband provider, our support is focused on your internet connection and Lightning Fibre equipment. We’re unable to provide technical assistance with individual personal devices or third party equipment, such as TVs, smart speakers, security cameras or mobile phones. Some device issues may also relate to the device’s own settings or software. We’re sorry this wasn’t the support you were hoping for and appreciate you sharing your concerns. ⚡

The set-up of the fibre was not straightforward but Rob persevered to find a solution.

Brilliant all-round service
Ease of access to customer services and being able to clearly understand what is being said.
Lightning Fibre's abillity to recover my old Landline number after my previous supplier had deleted the number and claimed it was irretrievable!
The installation team were professional and installed the new fibre connection with lightning speed.
Email advice of charges before any direct debit payments are taken.
I'm well pleased with my change to Lightning Fibre!

Great deal with fantastic service
It's very rare to renew a contract and get a better product for a lower price but that's what has just happened with Lightning Fibre! They also took the trouble to call me and let me know rather than letting my contract lapse or simply continuing at the old rate. Thanks very much for great service!

Loyalty proved beneficial!
I enquired (as I was coming to the end of my contract) if I could reapply with the current pricing and current first time customer incentives. I got a great deal matching the incentive (over length of contract) and very happy with the customer advisor that facilitated this. Thank you!
Ps, no price hikes for full term, unlike other well known broadband providers I could mention!
