Someone is using my email to purchase products. No matter how many screenshots I send this company, they will not delete the account. I have sent screenshots of the email, the phone number, even the place it is coming from (Indonesia) and they still refuse to delete my email. This site is for scammers!!!

Data gathering without consent. Paid a bill and automatically tried to sign me up for an online wallet that saves my card details. Terms were not made clear on sign up and I regard the entire thing as a potential attack vector.

Do not use these people. A lot of the seller websites are are scams. And they themselves will not help you in any way if you get ripped off by one. I signed up and deleted my account in the same day… Just don’t bother, too high risk of losing your hard earned money.

I bought tickets for a show at a venue I had never been to before, was referred via bandsintown.com to a vendor using the domain eventim.us and also identifying itself with the domain seetickets.us. Since this was a ticket purchase, I thought it was wise to create an account, which I did do, at the domain eventim.us. At no time did I give permission to store my credit care information. The purchase went through OK, but afterwards I got several emails from link.com claiming that an account had been created and my information had been saved.

I have DELETED my "account." How does one react when they click on a link and find all of their banking transactions displayed on a website they weren't familiar with? Did it happen in some nefarious way? Must have because I would have never knowingly allowed any ongoing daily financial information to become stored outside of my bank accounts. Perhaps I was enticed by some veiled offer. Maybe I was asked to keep a specific transaction on the originating sales website and it covertly started a link to my payment account. Perhaps it was also building a dossier of my future banking transactions. Whatever it was, our world continues to find ways to expose our private information and we have to be more and more vigilant to keep these robber barons out. What if they are selling our transaction info to credit companies, retailers, the government? Its getting to a point where we all may have to start burying our money in the back yard.

During checkout with Link.com, the payment page showed $38.80, but my card was charged $48.40. The same issue occurred once before in September 2025. The amount displayed at checkout should always match the amount charged. This is very frustrating, and I am requesting the discount per transaction that was promised. Please resolve this issue and refund the amount I was overcharged.

I got roped into signing up with this scam to get a cash offer from Homelight. How shitty of a company do you have to be to get 90% one-star ratings??? Shame on you Homelight for partnering with this POS company!!!!!

Support sends links that do not work. They took all of my information and made an account without my consent. They store your information so it’s “easier” at checkout. Everything already has this feature. Why would we want a third party random ghost company taking our information after we check out with a completely different company.

I think it’s a great service and a great idea. I was actively using it to pay for multiple subscriptions, and everything worked well.
However, it suddenly stopped working for me. When I try to log in, I receive a message saying that my account has been deactivated.
At the very least, clients should be informed about such decisions. I understand that financial operations must be monitored and controlled, but users should be notified in advance or contacted for clarification if there are any concerns. Simply deactivating an account without explanation is not a good customer experience.

Account created without permission. It triggers account creation every time I go their partnered merchant even if I have my account closed. This is a huge violation of data privacy. I am pissed. I didn’t know I had an account since last year until I visited a website that they are partnered with and it triggered an email with a verification code.
I believe this is an illegal use of customer data and there is no option to OPT OUT.

account was created and stored my card details without my permission I was simply making a payment for something (which I explicitly stated do not store my details). I'd tried to remove the card details that I hadn't authorised be saved from an account that I hadn't authorised and I am getting errors for both. Not exactly treating customers fairly or compliant with PCI-DSS
