Please contact us immediately at support@lipoviausa.com or call (323) 776-1816 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) and reference this review. We will personally investigate what happened with your shipment right away and give you the choice of a full refund or a priority reship, whichever you prefer.

You should never have had to wait this long or chase us for a resolution, and we are truly sorry we let you down. We want to make this right for you as quickly as possible.

We are very concerned to read this and take allegations like this extremely seriously.

First, we want to clearly state that we do not issue fake tracking numbers, nor do we ever access or use customer payment information outside of authorized transactions made directly through our secure checkout system. We do not have the ability to use customer card information for purchases at unrelated retail locations.

All payments are processed through encrypted third-party payment processors, and we do not store full card details on our servers.

If there was a fraudulent charge at a sporting goods store, that would be unrelated to our company, and we strongly recommend reporting that immediately to your bank or card issuer so they can investigate and protect your account.

Regarding your original order from December, we would very much like to review the tracking history and full account details to determine what occurred and provide proper resolution if needed.
