I had the best experience with Lower. Cat Pascual made the process easy, she was always easy to reach by text. This is my second home purchase with Lower.

My wife and I were very happy with our experience at Lower. Connor Murrell was my primary contact and was SUPER responsive to me at all points in the process. Got a fair deal with a good appraisal and was able to use the equity in my home to take care of a few things. Only small critique we had is that the underwriting process was a bit slow and dug deep...but we got there eventually. Maybe that is the norm now but there were quite a few requests. That said I would recommend to anyone looking for mortgage related products.

Connor was amazing to work with. He is extremely professional and punctual. He was very clear in handling my complicated paperwork and helped my family and I close with ease. 10 stars

Josh has been great thru the entire experience but the settlement company has been very unprofessional from the start. The worst was my taxes. I sent my paid taxes to them and said that my tax authority came back with a lesser amount. What company takes that as correct amount? They were wrong! I was right!
