Love my first order
Just recieved my first order and I love it. I got the Pro Riding Legging in black. The fit is great, the full grip is not to sticky, the shipping went very fast and the service is great. Also love the small black folder to hold the papers in the package, such a nice detail. Definitely going to order more riding gear

Die Schnitte der Oberteile (Herren) sind ein Witz! Größe L und XL sind wie S oder M und die Firma verlangt 12€ Rücksendekosten. Trage normal höchstens L weil ich es größer mag. Werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

As for the cost of returns, customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping product back to us. We offer return labels at a flat rate to our customers through our online returns platform - this is meant to make the process easier and quicker, and this information is publicly available on our website so it can be checked at any point before or after purchase. If you would rather send product back by your own means, this option is also available; please reach out to us directly and we will be happy to help you register your request.

Thank you for telling us about your experience. Our leggings are generally designed for support and to fit close to the body, but we are sorry to hear that the sizing didn't work for you in this case. Since the Pro Leggings are also available in the adult version, we would recommend checking those out for a bigger size than our YR 2XS :)

Uiteindelijk besloot ik een bestelling te plaatsen en daar heb ik nog geen 1 seconde spijt van gehad in tegendeel ik heb nog nooit zo'n goede rijbroek aangehad als van dit merk !

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion with us. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your purchase. We pride ourselves in offering a very high quality product at a reasonable price in the current market and our customers' feedback has been very positive in general, but we understand that personal preference may vary between one customer to the other.
As for the shipping, when you first reached out to us we explained that, since all orders are shipped from Spain, for packages going outside the EU the destination country's authorities may require the payment of additional import taxes in order to receive the shipment. This information is publicly available on our shipping policy, and can be consulted at any point before or after purchase. Again, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with this process, but this is completely outside our control, sadly.
Wrong informations on the product page
Wrong informations on the product page. The product is not what I ordered and the commercial team is not very comprehensive at all and will never recognise their mistake. Unbelievable. I have to pay 12€ to return the product… I don’t recommend at all this brand.

As we explained when you first reached out to us about your case, your order was fulfilled according to the specifications received from the customer during checkout, so the product that you ordered was the product that you received. This information can also be verified on the automatic order confirmation email that you received before the order was processed and shipped.
We also explained how different grip options of the same item share the same product listing and pictures, since aside from the location of the silicone grip both products are exactly the same. All available to purchase options (colour, grip type, size) for a certain item will appear on the listing, and have to be selected before adding the item to the cart.
We are very sorry that you are not happy with your purchase, but in this case the unit you received cannot be considered defective (it's in perfect condition) nor a packing mistake (order was fulfilled correctly according to customer instructions), so the usual return policy that is publicly available on our website applies.
