Mercedes Genuine Parts レビュー

Quick helpful communication when sourcing the correct parts and delivered within 48hrs. Costs with included delivery were good, will be using again, recommend.

The speed of delivery was second to none, well done.
My local Mercedes dealer was so much more expensive for the same item and I would have had to drive 10 miles to pick them up.
Your parts were £8.00 cheaper and post free from Scotland, I’m in Essex.
I will be using again thanks. Andy
Invoice number 243943 C class 205 front wiper blades.

Ordered on the afternoon 28th December and delivered 08.45hrs on the 31st. Kept informed at every stage. Excellent customer service.

Wiper blades arrived today 3/1/2023 and fitted very easily

The right product is made available for my car at a fair price. Delivered to my door. Very satisfied.

My order was delayed two days due to postal strike.
however, I was very annoyed at the level or lack of packaging around this reasonably heavy battery.
It was contained within a very flimsy cardboard box that was one & a half times the size of the battery within, it was wrapped in two very thin sheets of LOOSE bubble wrap that was also so thin as to not offer ANY support or protection to the item inside. THE BATTERY INSIDE WAS ACTUALLY SLOPPING AROUND. & KNOWING HOW THESE DELIVERY DRIVERS THROW THE GOODS ABOUT (PHOTOS TAKEN) i AM EXPECTING THE BATTERY TO BE FAULTY

Whilst I have had the battery installed into my car I have not yet had the opportunity to use my car to check if the battery is UNDAMAGED.

JUST A TAD ANNOYED CUSTOMER.

Ordered 2 sets, but one was incorrect. However, after a quick call it was soon rectified with a quick delivery and return.

Superb communication on chat for parts match.
Fast delivery!

Great communication, very fast delivery, cheaper than direct to MB

Great service from Tom.
Thank you

Quick delivery, great product. Thanks very much

quick delivery and the correct blades for my model. Many of the local parts suppliers kept on giving me the wrong fitment even though it was listed as correct. I would use this service again

Fantastic service, customer service was prompt and brilliant

Received the original product and delivery was quick. Had a confirmation from MB to check my reg to make sure the right part was dispatched.

Recently purchased front brake pads and wear sensor for my amg a35, parts were identical to original. Had no problems fitting them and delivery was excellent. Will definitely use these guys again. Hassle free service.

I was totally unsure, but product and service 100%.
