Fair price for a genuine part. I found Daniel to be very helpful in ensuring my order was correct. Item has been delayed by the courier DPD however they are communicating with me so all good.

Thank you for taking time to write review, and once again please accept my apologies for sending wrong wiper blades. Checking the system there are options for your car model that are not clearly described in Mercedes parts system, we have made appropriate changes to avoid similar situation in the future.

Knowledgeable parts man steve

The partsman “steve” that I spoke to online was superb sorted the correct springs and kept me informed the entire time.
The service department could learn from him.
However I’ve had both springs fitted as they were both weakened and this fixed my noise that service department miss diagnosed so 100% to the parts department.

Great price on genuine front discs and pads plus wear indicator. Used a discount code which worked too for a little more off and free delivery which is great. Only small criticism was the packaging of the heavy discs in a flimsy box which was apart by the time it got to me although not damaged.

Low quality brake parts

Low quality parts. Discs have become warped already.
Mercedes dealers seem to be using low quality brake parts over past 24 months
