Excellent quality and service
Ashley Keatley at Millboard was so helpful when asking for details with regards to decking.
Samples were requested and received next day followed by a call from Ashley on whether he could help.
All this followed up with e-mail containing links to helpful support for fitting.
Once fitted follow up calls from Ashley to check how it all went. Excellent team

A top quality company
I've dealt with the guys and gals at Millboard for the past 3 three months on a professional level, being a distributor..
they have been nothing short of fantastic.
Nothing is an issue, even today, got in a bit of a pickle with a contrasting decking quote, gave them an email, and within a few hours it was ready for me to quote.
As a distributor, I can whole heartedly recommend Millboard as a quality product, that will outlast most people reading this.

Great range of decking and cladding
Great range of decking and cladding. Millboard was recommended by our builder and, whilst more expensive than the average composite decking/cladding it has a superb finish. It's only been up a few months, but looks like it will weather well and we've had many complements about the finish.

We’ve just had our new deck kitted out with it and looks incredible ! The bull nose bevelled edges add a fabulous finishing touch to an amazing looking new veranda.

Amazing Service & Product
Millboard were extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. Even after the purchase was made [Cladco and not Millboard direct] they were great. I had some issues with fixings and they managed to resolve straight away. Product [Enhanced Grain in grey] looks amazing. Its not the cheapest and we were questioning if it was worth the extra. It definitely is. A special shout out to Alison Davis in your customer service team who was pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the products and helped a lot.

Highly recommend!
Having used timber for decks, I learned the hard way. Composite materials will last, it's that simple.
Using Millboard Plas Pro for the substructure (I chose to build to commercial spec) will ensure the deck will not rot underneath and has provided an incredibly strong base upon which to lay the deck boards. Do be mindful the joists will warp, especially in the sun, whilst waiting to be fitted, so not the easiest material to work with.
As for the boards, I used the angled hidden screw system which has given a superb finish to our deck.
The team at Millboard are incredibly helpful too, very prompt to answering queries in relation to my project.
Granted, Millboard is not cheap, but high quality rarely is - you definitely get what you pay for, and we will enjoy this deck for many, many years to come.

I am a decking installer with over 30…
I am a decking installer with over 30 years experience. While millboard is ok it does have problems sometimes. It has no structural strength to take heavy loads and surface damage is not repairable. Overall probably the best composite but not as good as hardwood decks. The part that causes problems with decks is not having enough airflow on the framework. Installed properly you should get around 20 years service. Also no need to use tape. This only holds the water between the deck boards. Allow 5mm gaps

Millboard decking should not be used in structural applications and must always be fixed to a suitable subframe such as DuoSpan or Plas-Pro. Like Millboard, hardwood boards also require a proper supporting frame. Millboard additionally offers a UK-backed Residential 25-year Limited Warranty or a Commercial 10/12-year Limited Warranty for peace of mind.
Millboard’s Lastane® finish is highly resistant to stains, scratches, and everyday wear, and it performs exceptionally well in moisture-rich environments. Its slip-resistant surface and low-maintenance nature make it a popular choice for public projects, water features, and landscaped spaces, where durability, safety, and aesthetics are essential. Unlike hardwood decking, which requires regular sealing or oiling to maintain its appearance and protect against drying, cracking, and UV damage, Millboard is long-lasting and easy to care for.

From seeing the initial product range…Decking renewal with Enhanced Smoked Oak Millboard
From seeing the initial product range at a local show then talking to the sales team at Millboard we decide to choose the Enhanced Millboard smoked oak. Millboard were very helpful and sent us a range of the sample board colours and kept in contact, coming up with solutions to a couple of deign issues. We were very impressed with the stainless steel fixing screws, when installed correctly they leave no trace of installation. We also found the Youtube Millboard installation guide to be very helpful giving top tips !.All the boarding, spacers & fixings arrived on time and installed with minimal wastage due to the help from Millboard at the design stage.
All round quality product made to last with a professional back up.
