Ordered a 10 kva generator, delivery was quick and free. Haven't yet set it up but seems to be decent quality for the price. Will be using Millar and mason again.

Poor build quality which doesn't last.
In the 24 months of ownership I've had to replace the on/off switch, the 4 engine mount bushes, the reel handle (which broke on the first use) and there's a split in the water cable.
Machine has only been used 15-20 hours and now the water pump has cracked.
Not worth scrap let alone the £300 i paid for it!!
Steer clear!!
Ps there customer services are terrible!!

I’m very happy with the delivery and after about 8 hours’ use I’m very pleased with the pressure washer. Really seems to be well made. Great hose length - but mainly the pressure is really good. Very happy so far. Hope it will last

I bought this very strong petrol pressure washer at a very good price. The autumn seems to be a good time of year to buy one. I am looking forward to using it in the spring to clean my patios and drive hopefully with less stress and effort. I will let you know how I get on.

Appalling customer service! They seem to be using a company called Nitrotek to sell and deliver their generators. I had no acknowledgement of my order, no receipt and no delivery information until I chased them up. Staff are indifferent and communication has been terrible.

Often only find out how good customer service is when something goes wrong. Item ordered was delivered promptly delivered but obviously damaged during delivery and had a number of parts missing. When I raised the issue customer service promptly replied, arranged replacement and collection of original order. Showed good service commitment and efficient service. Thank you.

Cement mixer arrived with the packaging looking a little battered but once opened all the parts were there and was easy to assemble however, I found that the moulded plug was damaged beyond use which I replaced.
The mixer works well making light work of the task. I’m very pleased with it.

Really good experience with miller and mason. Fast delivery and looks like a great generator. Already tested it and it certainly can power up to 8000 watts.
Really happy with the product and company and great to see them have a good selection of soared and service parts.

I purchased a refirb petrol pressure washer and as described it did come with a few scratches and scuffs which were quickly rectified with a dusting of black gloss spray paint. The engine and pump assembly looked brand new with no signs of use. The worst problem was found when I was assembling the washer , somehow the detergent tank was badly split . I informed nitrotek and they quickly responded and despatched a new tank which I refitted . The only other problem I have encountered was one of the engine mount bolts was loose and even though I re tigghtened it , it came loose again after using the washer so I tightened it again using loctite thread lock and it is fine now. Overall it is a very robust pressure washer and with careful use and maintenance should last for many years. I finaly chose the Miller and Mason brand because of the comprehensive spare parts available and although I will only use the washer once or twice a year it is good to know if a problem arises there are parts available .
