Good service and product arrived swiftly.

Went online to buy a 10.5 gva generator there web site stated one in stock great phoned them (because I didn't like putting bank details on a Web site) to place the order after nearly half an hour on hold they finally answered placed order and paid for it there an then on Tuesday 2nd July 2024 with advice that because of the size and weight it would be delivered by there sister delivery company and I would recive delivery instructions the next day (geat me thinks) well needless to say didn't get the email off there delivery company but get an email off nitrotek at 8.10pm on Thursday 4th July which simply stated that the order had been cancelled no explanation at all just the order details and cancelled finally spoke to someone after another 3/4 hour on hold who kindly informed me that the generator was out of stock an that was why the order had been cancelled didn't like the fact that I told him I checked the item was in stock before I ordered it in the beginning he also didn't like the fact that when I placed the order I had notification off my bank that the payment had been made whilst I was on the phone placing the order but had to wait until today the 9th July to get my money back
So can be confident in saying this was my first time ordering from this company and the LAST !!!!!!

The electric pressure washer has done a couple long days at the house recently. Faultless and very powerful. Normally use a k5 Karcher. This was far better for me.

Stunningly prompt, using highly reputabled UPS for delivery. Always worry about Chinese machinery but generator see soundly set up. Durability is a longer test, but sound start.

Thanks for your quick dispatch. As I was only expecting two items in the same delivery, when I received confirmation of one I ignored texts about a second delivery planned for a few days later as it appeared to be phishing. It would helpful if all your delivery contractors use the order reference number in any correspondence to avoid confusion as scam emails and texts about deliveries are so prevalent.

I wanted to but a petrol power washer which was showing on the website as out of stock. I rang customer service and stated that the item was out of stock and the call handler said ' yes that is correct'. There was then a long pause and I had to break the silence to ask when the product would be back in stock. The answer was 'In a couple of months '
I think this was very unhelpful and showed disinterest from the customer service call handler. He did not want to help and offered no advice. I will now have to look elsewhere as my business needs the power washer and I cannot wait indefinitely to buy one.What a shame.

Absolutely first class got it when they said and works brilliant with my camper van would absolutely recommend this company to anyone as they say it does what it says on the box

Fast service

Great service and delivery was prompt. I also liked the discount for a bank transfer rather than paying by card. The reason for not giving five stars is that the manual was pretty useless. For example, there was nothing in it regarding assembly or that it should be filled with oil before use! If I hadn't known what I was doing it could have gone badly wrong. The product is good though.

I bought a silent generator from these guys, great bit of kit, plus there was a discount 👌 always helps, free delivery aswell, ordered on Thursday and delivered by Friday, can't ask anymore than that, well done Miller and Mason!
