Beth H was in charge of my whole conveyancing process and even through many challenging signings and enquiries they did everything exceedingly fast that they could push on their end, ensured I had all basis covered, and acted incredibly professional and friendly throughout. Excellent work by Leah on my leasehold extension

Leah helped me with buying a freehold of of my leasehold house. Leah is a breath of fresh air. She made me change my view of solicitors being very difficult to get hold of and their legal language often difficult to understand. Before choosing Monarch solicitors I had phoned around a few other solicitors based on their online reviews and expertise in the leasehold matters. An admin person always answered the call, listened to my query, took my number/email and explained that they would speak to the relevant team and would get back to me with a response. In contrast, when I called Monarch Solicitors and selected the Leasehold option, Leah answered the call. I was instantly sold because of the way she dealt with my query. She was not rushed. I could tell I was speaking with someone who has sound knowledge of the subject matter and could explain complex information in simple terms patiently and professionally. She promptly followed it up with a quote of the services they would provide to help me buy the freehold. This helped me to make an informed decision with confidence on an urgent and important matter. She has great interpersonal and communication skills, was always a phone call away and always happy to answer my queries and did this with clarity and good professional knowledge of the leasehold matters. She always kept me updated on the progress, listened to my concerns and always acted on them promptly where necessary. The completion happened within the agreed timeframes without having to push for it.
I was also very pleased with the other staff in the Monarch Solicitors as they always passed on my message to Leah if she was away from her desk as Leah always got back to me promptly without having to chase her.

I had Elaine Wong as my solicitor, who did all my in-depth aml checks and over saw my house purchase the service I received was out standing, there fees where slightly higher than the average solicitor but my case was more complex and it was definitely worth paying the extra if you have any house purchases or anything that involves crypto definitely use these guys.
