I purchased a property using Monarch as my solicitors;the contracts were exchanged and the legal title transferred within a month which is extremely important for the buyer’s point of you.
I had a cost related case where the legal team was assisting in the matter, the result was impressive , the application was withdrawn and the claim settled within 7 days after the adjournment.
