Had pre-ordered a game quite close to the release date. Even though the website offers 48hr free delivery, my game was bumped up to tracked 24hr delivery. So I still got my game on day of release. I thought this was excellent customer service. Made me one happy customer.

Had an issue with non delivery of item took a few days to see she replacement but their customer service guy Dan was amazing

I ordered a game exactly 14 days ago. The order status was still at “Processing” even days after my order so I emailed them to ask for an update. They claimed that I should’ve received my item by then and Royal Mail must have lost it. They asked me to wait while they sent me another copy. After many days and several emails promising me that the game is definitely coming, it still hasn’t arrived. I will never understand why people insist on making promises they can’t keep. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they gave me a full refund. But I needed that game as a gift and now it’s too late so screw me I guess.

Bought a parasol from The Range, which had a small fault, followed the contact details and ended up with 'Monster' customer service, I could not have asked for more, they sorted the issue very quickly and were a pleasure to deal with, highly recommend.

Not sure why the name here doesn't match the website name? I ordered the latest Pokemon game on Friday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday, not sure how it arrived so fast! Very happy with this service.

First and last time I'm using this online shop. Ordered a ps4 game that never arrived. I contacted their non existent customer service and they didn't even bother getting back to me. Had to open a Paypal case to get my money back. Timewasters. Really don't trust them.

Ordered on 6th November, still not here on 19th December. No delivery notice even.
When contacted on 18th December to request item or refund had good communication. Advised must be lost in the post. Full refund given immediately whilst looking for item.

Ordered a game over a week ago, still no shipping confirmation.

Looking at another review on here, I have had the exact same experience - the retailer said the item was shipped with Royal Mail (I had no shipping confirmation) & then was told they’d ship today with DPD & give me an order number once they did…

Unbelievably, they have not yet given me a shipping number for DPD.

Please - AVOID. I thankfully shopped through PayPal, so I will be able to ask for a refund.

Appalling service. Ordered a game last Tuesday with 48 hour delivery and exactly 1 week later I have received nothing.

When it didn't turn up 4 Days later I contacted them and they finally responded saying it's stuck with royal mail and they would issue a refund that day. I asked them where should I send the game back to when I finally receive it and they said keep it ( sounds like they didn't even send it out)

6 days after initial order i contacted royal mail and gave them the tracking number and they said the tracking number was bought from them but nothing was ever sent to them. Contacted my bank about the 'pending' refund and there has been no refund issued according to the bank.

So 1 week later it looks like I'm not getting the game or the refund.

Also I should mention that after you buy something it is impossible to click on your account page the words are there but it's not a clickable link. They also decided to have nearly a month off 4 days after I bought the game so it has been a nightmare trying to contact them.
