Aucune possibilité de connaître l'état de la commande. Celle-ci est inscrite comme étant expédiée mais aucun transporteur connu et numéro de suivi invalide.
Les services clients de Monster-shop et de CDiscount refusent de nous donner ces indications (transporteur, numéro de suivi...). Le colis est dans la nature sans aucune possibilité de connaître son état !!

Seriously impressed... Ordered PS5 dualsense charger at 2pm on 22nd Dec, received midday on the 23rd. For an item I've struggled to find for over a month, I wasn't expecting to have it delivered before Xmas. Will definitely order from Monster shop again.

Item damaged in transit, not the fault of the retailer, however the subsequent service was as good as I have encountered and I cannot recommend them highly enough

Received faulty item . Customer service appalling not willing to provide any help. Eventually managed to get a refund as they would not offer replacement. Given 2 stars as the goods did arrive promptly.

Faulty Item Replaced Next Day.

I ordered an item for my PlayStation 4 back in October 2019. The item developed a fault, which was no fault of Monster. I contacted Sony who told me I needed to go back to the retailer.

I contacted Monster. It did take them some time to come back to me, but when they did, Dan made sure to send me a replacement with next day delivery. I couldn’t ask for more than that (particularly during Covid-19) and as such, will be sure to use Monster again for future purchases.

Update -The wood chipper is absolutely first class.I purchased a 15hp woodchipper from this company, it arrived on time without issue, however the first time I used it part of the inner metal broke off and damaged the blades. I tried multiple times to contact them to no avail, in the end I took the machine to a repair shop and they fixed it after stripping and welding. They sent all new parts to rectify the issues at no cost to me, well pleased.

I had ordered after seeing a deal on here on another site.
When it did not arrive after the 48hrs then i was a bit sceptical, and read the reviews on here which are pretty mixed.

All i can say from MY OWN experience is i got my order, cleared & paid for it on 20th and it arrived on 26th (To Northern Ireland)

So no problems, mind you they did not answer my query 2 days ago when i asked was it shipped.

I'll leave it up to YOU to decide.

Just happy i got my order, hence the 5 stars as really no problems

And i WOULD use again (order was a PS4 Game @ £11.99)

Excellent prices and the product turned up next day. Great service as a first time buyer and will definitely buy from here again.

Still not arrived. No communication they have not responded to email.

48 hour delivery promised

Been over a week now. Will never use again.

Game never arrived I doubt it was even shipped until I complained and got sent a new copy. They never responded to any email only on a facebook message which was negative.

ordered a call of duty ww11 loot crate from them which included in the box 2 drinking glasses, unfortunately when delivered one of the glasses had shattered in the box,
I contacted the company twice through their contact us process but received no reply,
I cant find a contact number for them anywhere so I used facebook to message them,
they replied saying they would send a new item out, that failed to appear, I have contacted them numerous times since and not had any reply it seems they are ignoring my messages and have no intention of replacing the damaged item or refunding my money,
in my experience they are a company who don't want to deal with any problems and the customer service is completely useless,
I would advise that you spend your money elsewhere rather than with monster-shop,co,uk as they will not replace or refund your goods if they arrive damaged

Ordered xbox one s and arrived within two days

I found Horizon Zero Dawn on this site with a pre-order bonus after it was released, I emailed to see if I would still get the bonus if I ordered and they confirmed I would, Price was competitive, and delivery was speedy. I will definitely check this site next time I'm ordering a game.
