I was impressed by the way the engineer went about the jobs, he made a neat job of the gas hob piping, put the oven into place to ensure it fitted, he explained clearly the issue with the boiler and what needed to be done to rectify the problem and he fitted the new ball cock and tested the level of the tank up to the overflow to ensure there were no leaks. I am not an expert on gas fitting or plumbing, I do have an engineering background and I believe I am competent to make the assessment of the work done. Have always used Mulgas and never been disappointed. The cost was as the estimate.

New boiler, pump and Nest control system. Work was completed to a high standard. Minor problems discovered during the install were resolved without fuss. Delighted with the results. Punctual, clean and tidy. I would recommend Mulgas without any hesitation.

In Feb 2022 we decided to replace warm air heating with a Worcester Combi boiler and 6 radiators for our rental property. Mulgas price quotation was transparent, competitive and fair, Dave ( Manager)was very helpful in explaining and responding to my initial queries.
The 5 days project started in first week of May and completed in 4 days by George.
As an experienced DIYer I appreciate George high skill , professionalism and quality of the work, his positive attitude and long hour working.

Mulgas are polite, professional and extremely helpful. They diagnosed my hot water tank problem over the phone and sent an engineer out really quickly to fix it, having first ordered the correct part. I have used Mulgas on several occasions, on a couple of my properties and I would thoroughly recommend them. They are always my 'go to' company.

George recently installed a new radiator (where there wasn't one previously) calmly and tidily drilling holes and fixing pipes - checked it all worked and then fixed 3 other problematic radiator thermostats. Nice guy, very tidy and professional

Our underfloor heating system started making a funny noise from inside the control box, followed shortly by the system not working. When I rang they asked if we still had hot water which I confirmed and that we also had heating upstairs as we were on radiators except for the ground floor. As usual Mulgas were very helpful and an engineer came out in 3 days and quickly sorted out the problem by changing the motor, which he happened to have in his van, result! Great service as always.

My boiler stopped working and I called Mulgas first thing on a Saturday morning. They had a cancellation and were able to come out within the hour, fix the problem and look at my radiator as well which needed a new valve. I couldn't fault the politeness of the engineer and the amazing service. This is the second time I have used Mulgas and have recommended them to family members who have also been delighted with the service they received.

Just had a new boiler and radiator system installed. George the engineer was very competent, friendly and accommodating. Everything was completed on time without too much disruption and everything works well so far. Would highly recommend Mulgas. Great work and many thanks!

We have been using Mulgas for the past 15 years for our flat, and now at a second property. Always do a great job and are pleasant to work with.

Mulgas Ltd visited our house to check on central heating on a call out charge. Next day before paying the invoice the fault appeared again.
We called them to return to finish inadequate work from the first visit - no mention of a 2nd call out charge was made. Suddenly, we received a 2nd invoice charge without our consent.
When we disputed they handled the situation poorly explaining there are two issues. We are left with unfixed heating and 2 invoices.
We are forced to reach out to 3rd party for dispute resolution. Very unpleasant experience without effective result.

Mulgas did the gas inspection to my flat, booking the date with the lady was quick and easy, she found a date and time that worked well with my tight work schedule.

The date of the inspection the engineer arrived on time and was very professional and polite, he even cleaned after finishing and kept me informed of every step of the process. I would recommend them.

Arrived in good time and explained what he needed to do. Very pleasant and great customer service. I would used again without hestitation.
