First time using this company and was my first ever boiler service so I was nervous about it as I had no idea what needed to be completed under the servicing, but I had a great experience the guy who serviced my boiler was lovely and when I asked questions he was more than happy to take the time to explain and show me the inner workings of my boiler. Definitely be using this company each year.

I have used MULGAS for many years now and have always found their service excellent, efficient and prompt. They attend to any problem speedily, answering the telephone call with a REAL person, which is very reassuring to one who is in advanced years!
I happily and confidently recommend them to other

After 20 years our boiler needed replacing along with the heating controls which were obsolete. Having a mix of underfloor heating, and radiators along with hot water it was a more complex than average challenge. After speaking to a number of companies, Dave and the team from Mulgas gave the right blend of confidence, competence, and price. They went the extra mile even before we committed to find and understand the best solution. Installation was smooth and hassle free. Overall a great job done and good have a very competitive 5 year servicing package in place for the future.

Had my annual boiler service and the engineer was superb in explaining all the checks and maintenance carried out as well as explaining some features I was not aware of on my system. Have used Mulgas for several years and see no reason to change. They always provide a great service.

We had a gas boiler change done at fairly short notice for a vulnerable relative. The job went very well and as planned and as quoted.

Friendly, swift and technically competent.

Heating stopped worked working (turned out to be faulty receiver from thermostat) and Mulgas had swapped out and fixed within the hour.

Mulgas we’re the only company that bothered to answer their phone, and have a dedicated desk. They were very polite explained the costs etc and when the engineer arrived, he was smart polite and definitely new his stuff. He Antonio diagnosed the issue very quickly and took time to explain it and the workings of a combo boiler as I showed an interest. If you are looking for a boiler repair or replacement this is the company to use without a doubt.

All very efficient. Am very pleased to have found a plumber firm to call on when necessary. Have already recommended them to a friend who currently is in need of a plumber.

The Mulgas engineer came promptly after my request, diagnosed the fault and replaced the broken valve to solve our problem. Great service and helpful engineer.
