Defective bag and no response from customer service!!
My Saturn XL bag has a significant defect- the inside pockets are not sewn at the bottom, so they are open and everything I put in them falls inside the lining. Unacceptable for this expensive of a bag. But hey, I understand that mistakes happen. But I have attempted to email Muud, have written in to the online chat (which is just a bot) and have submitted several customer service tickets. I have gotten ZERO response from any of these! Not okay!! I’m so frustrated by my experience.

Qualität und extra Sahnehäubchen
Als allererstes finde ich die Produkte und Qualität Klasse. Da fällt es manchmal schwer, welche Projekttaschen ich als erstes kaufe. Mir hilft da die Produkt-Beschreibung und die guten Fotos im Shop sehr.
Und als wunderbares Sahnehäubchen kommen noch die Sonderaktionen und Bundles dazu. Ein Produkt bestellen und ein weiteres dazu bekommen...ich liebe es! Und es lohnt sich. Ich nutze die verschiedenen Taschen sehr gerne! Es gibt nichts vergleichbares in dieser Art und Qualität, finde ich.

Incredible products and customer service!
The item I ordered was out of stock, but Louise was incredibly nice and reached out immediately to offer several options for replacements.
The order arrived in great condition and my wife is incredibly happy with her birthday gift!

The quality is really poor. Made in india. Very disappointed. Looks very cheap. Way too expensive. Not happy. Only the design is original.
