Det er et super godt tilbud
Det er et super godt tilbud. Men jeg tør næsten ikke at bruge tasken, da der hænger en seddel på den, når man modtager den, hvorpå der står at tasken smitter af på dit tøj, og at du derfor skal have tøj på i samme farve som tasken eller en mørkere farve.

Besides the shipping costs, the Karen Klarbaek yarn (made from recycled bottles) is coarse on the skin and the colors are very muted.
Overall, I would not recommend the company or brand…
As the leader of a nonprofit organization seeking a sustainable solution for our handmade crafts, this is very disappointing.

We always try to pick the best shipping options available to us. Karen Klarbæk’s Bottle Yarn is made from recycled bottles and are meant for projects like bags, pillows, baskets and other accessories that can be used both inside and outside. Which means it is a very durable yarn.

J'ai payé 28.5 euros de frais de port
J'ai payé 28.5 euros de frais de port, pour ne pas avoir ma commande à domicile ou chez mes voisins. Ainsi, je dois me rendre dans le pire point relais de la création, loin de chez moi, dans un endroit où je ne vais jamais (alors qu'il y en a un autre où je vais régulièrement, mais on ne me demande jamais). Quand je contacte le service client de Muud, Amalia me répond que ce n'est pas le problème de Muud mais le mien et que je dois contacter UPS. Je paie donc pour un service non rendu, aucune aide, ni aucun geste commercial, sachant que ce problème se reproduit à chaque commande. Cette société est bien contente de prendre l'argent de ses clients, au moindre problème, il n'y a plus personne. Il existe plusieurs concurrents, au moins aussi qualitatifs si ce n'est plus, avec de meilleurs services de livraison. Je ne recommande absolument pas.
I paid €28.50 in shipping fees, only to not receive my order at home or with my neighbors. Instead, I have to go to the worst pickup point ever created, far from my home, in a place I never go to (even though there’s another pickup point I visit regularly, but I’m never given that option). When I contacted Muud’s customer service, Amalia replied that it wasn’t Muud’s problem but mine, and that I should contact UPS. So I’m paying for a service that wasn’t delivered, with no assistance or goodwill gesture. I have the same problem each time I order with them. Muud is very happy to take its clients money but if there's a problem they leave you deal with it. There are several competitors, at least as high quality if not more, offering better delivery services. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
Update: parcel received and package fully destroyed. This is not acceptable.

We recommended that you reach out to the delivery firm to try to solve the issue as well because we unfortunately don’t decide how the package is being handled once it’s shipped. Ich möchte sie nicht mehr missen und auch als Geschenk für einen lieben Menschen sehr zu empfehlen. Der Versand ging schnell und die Verpackung ist ebenfalls sehr gut.
