At the same time, please note that the requested changes were not confirmed, as the payment for the change was not completed by the purchaser within the time limit set by the system. As for your refund request, unfortunately, according to the fare rules of your ticket, it is non-refundable. This means that we are unable to approve a full refund outside the conditions permitted by the airline’s tariff rules.
