This is Money replies: Unfortunately, you are right. You were conned by a website that sells what it claims are health products that will help users lose weight by cleaning out the colon.

Despite repeated references on the website to a 'risk free trial' of its products, the truth is that anyone taking up the offer is at very high risk of being ripped off.

You, like many others, thought you were dealing with people you could trust. Without having read them, you ticked the box that said you accepted the Life Cleanse terms and conditions.

These state: 'If you do not cancel your account during the 15-days trial period, you will be charged for the already received product separately and thus the free trial converts into a regular monthly subscription.

'If the account is still not cancelled, after one month following the date you ordered your product, another 30-day supply of the product is sent to you, and the full price of the product will be charged to your credit card.'

Do not order or sign up to ultra health there scam artists and fraudsters people are losing thousands from there accounts fraud team are onto them hopefully

I wouldnt put any stars ordered 1 product received and charged for 2!@ less than week later two further payments taken out my account £96 ,£93 I havent agreed or received anything else how can they do this??? Hoprgully my bank can refund and put stop on this , has anyone succeeded

Should be 0 stars. I paid £2.95 & £4.95 for 2 samples on 27th January & never received them. Noticed that £69 & £65 had been taken out by this company on the 10th February,( even though I had not placed an order or signed a subscription ). I contacted my Bank & they provided me with the phone numbers for Ultra Health. I managed to phone them after a long wait in the que. They said it was an error on their system & said I would get the samples by end of week. ( which I did ) And that they would refund my money. Told me it would take 14 working days to be paid back into my account, and be in on 28th February. Am still waiting. Avoid this very unprofessional company like the plague.

I wish we could just use a zero star rating!! I had ordered a trial of 3.95 for something to then being nearly overdrawn today 79.00 out of my account. I rang the number someone posted down below and got through to someone... wish i could say her customer service was great but she was dull as anything not very helpful But SHE SAID SHE WILL REFUND ME THE MONEY BAVK AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL!!

Do not deal with these sharks.
My daughter authorised one payment of around £3 for postage on a free trial product, they have subsequently taken two payments of over £70 from her account without her consent using her debit card details which we've now cancelled.
Do not give them card details, don't tick anything on their website, stay WELL CLEAR unless you want to be conned into a "regular subscription agreement" with them.

Ending 0008 To Yourselves

My sad experience with Ultra Health UK started with an advertisement
that popped up on my computer monitor on 9th January 2020 for a trial
supplement pill simply called Krygen and how wonderful it worked for
just £3.95 for postage.

Without hesitation I ordered this rogue product immediately. After I
had made this initial order by just a click, another product appeared
to be ordered as a complimentary product to the first product, simply
called Testo for £2.50, which I did order too. When I received my
January 2020 credit card bill, Ultra Health UK had correctly taken
£6.00, the costs of the said 2 products I had ordered for on 9th
January as detailed.

The first sign of danger to either using the said products or doing
business with Ultra Health UK became apparent immediately. Which was a
third product popping up for either £60 something or even over.
Immediately I realised that I had fallen prey to fraudsters and very
unfortunately I had already entered my credit card details on the
system, which made me to fill very vulnerable, only waiting for it to
come to pass, as it had now.

A few days after these orders on 9th January 2020, the box with the 2
products I ordered as detailed above arrived my home with invoice
number: 2355867, without Ultra Health UK indicating the costs of the 2
products on the said invoice. Which is very abnormal, than an invoice
would not have prices of goods on it but only the types of products /
names and quantity.

The abnormality on this invoice of not showing the costs of the
products, reinforced my fears that I was dealing with scammers or
fraudsters and / or that their products are not fit to use since I
would not trust the source of the medications. Hence I did not care to
open up either of the 2 products but simply stocked them away on my
book shelf, contemplating what to do with the products that I would
not trust its source.

My fears of having made myself a subject of fraud was confirmed when
around 10th February 2020 I received a credit limit alert from my
credit card provider, that my credit card was nearing its credit
limit, while it supposed to still have some reasonable amount of funds
on it. Given this, I phoned Barclay Card to request for my interim
credit card bill. Which I received a few days later. To my shock but
not surprised, Ultra Health had fraudulently taken an unauthorised
payment of £95.00 with the same reference number with which she took
the payment of £6. 00 on 9th January 2020 for absolutely nothing on
23rd January thus: 360Vitanow03303801370, 03303801370. I therefore
demand an urgent explanation from the so called Ultra Health UK,
please.

It is very shameful that the British Authorities have allowed an
organisation like Ultra Health UK, which is not only an outfit for
scams but also a very big risk or danger to public lives and health,
to operate in a civilized society like United Kingdom.

My experience with Ultra Health UK is the worst and saddest experience
I have had both in my entire life and in the 3 countries where I have
lived and worked in the last 39 years. What a shame to Ultra Health UK
in particular and United Kingdom in general that allows fraudsters
like Ultra Health UK to be operating as a trading concern. Your
actions are both very disgraceful and shameful, please.

In addition to the aforesaid, particularly Ultra Health UK being
untrustworthy and / or fraudulent, given which I cannot risk my life
using said products. I therefore request that Ultra Health UK furnish
me with a mode of returning the products to her while I expect that
Ultra Health UK refund both the £6.00 cost of the 2 products along
with the £95.00 fraudulently taken within 28 days from the date of
this email or face squarely the consequences of her fraudulent
practices.
Above is my email to these fraudsters yet not responded to.

This is a scam I ordered the free trail which I never received. I Phoned them and thay said thay would refund me I'm still waiting two months later.

Thank you to Anne Edwards- the phone number you have posted seems to work and I have been promised a refund of £150 just now, keep fingers crossed. I had asked for a free trial just paying P&P but was then charged £150 for further products I have never asked for. Outrageous, stay away from them!!!

My wife ordered try these diet pills,never signed up for a subscription but they have take £150 + pot of our account they are definite scammers will contact bank & fraud department they need stopping.

DO NOT Purchase anything from this site it's a scam..my sister has had £150 taken from her account over the last few days and she hasn't set up a subscription...she can't get hold of the company either.

Help I have been ripped off by ultra health for diet pills. I paid £3.95 for postage for what was supposed to be a free trial but they have taken £79 out of my account. Can anyone help please?

What slimming pills! Dont go there! Even for a free trial - its not free its subversive fraud by another name. I was charged £3.95 for postage and found the pills so contain lots of stuff which do nothing for you so I binned them. Three months later found UltraHealth had been unknowingly taking a £79 monthly charge from my bank account since November with no product being delivered or for that matter. I had no knowledge whatsoever of signing up for this but the Fraud department of my bank say because I handed details over for postage it is not classed as fraud. If you have signed up already change your bank card otherwise you will be charged monthly.

Does anyone have the return address for this awful company please?

Also suffered a scam from SlimVitaMix. £3.50 on Facebook for free trial, then subsequent deduction of £95 from account. Please beware people of this/these companies using Facebook as an advertising scam.

I to have fallen for this if its any help i have actually found a phone number that they answered spoken to them today and they have app cancelled my on going subscription 🤞plse try 03303800722 i think it would be a good idea if everyone posts the company name they think they are dealing with along with any tel no they have maybe a pattern will form that may help in the future on my bank account the company comes up as vitahub when i ordered the free pills it was my ultra nutrition we need stop these people have felt really ill over the last week or so all through these scammers !!!!!

I stupidly sent for these pills at £3.50 p&p and when the order came there was an extra bottle which i hadnt requested at a cost of £2.50, the pills do nothing, i have tried cancelling the subscription but had no reply from 3 different companies (scammers) associated with the pills, no email address or phone numbers, i have been onto my bank and blocked any debits from whoever they are in the future.

I had the misfortune of entering my card details on their website but NEVER submitted or agreed to purchase anything. Despite this, I was charged delivery charges and then £95 and £92 for products I never requested. My bank was helpful and refunded.

I got a new card but somehow the company got details of the new card. According to the bank, they can go to Visa and get details via that route.

I was charged a further £95 and £92 which thankfully the bank has repaid. When their delivery arrived, it did have a customer service number which is 0330 3801114.

I called and a very rude lady said I had not read the terms and conditions ! I said I had not agreed to purchase anything but she simply dismissed this and said your bank has put a block.

I have now considering closing my bank account to avoid any further charges from this unscrupulous company. How can these people sleep at night knowing they are robbing innocent people of their hard earned money. Disgusting individuals.

I have also reported them to Action Fraud. Hopefully something will be done to put these rascals away for a long time !!

Like many other people I had 3 lots of £89 took out of my account not realising the free tablets meant you signed up for a subscription. Rang in December, was told I would get one refund of £89 as it stated on the screen that the courier could not deliver. Refund never appeared. When I called yesterday they said they had a back log of refunds and I would get it within the week. When I asked about the other two payments as
I had never received any of these so called tablets the girl on the phone sarcastically replied “ Oh yes you did receive them”. When I said I had not she kept saying I had. After I asked her if they had a signature she then went on to say that there were notes on my account saying that I was not to get any refunds as I had been extremely rude. She then refused to put me through to a supervisor. Horrible company and I think I have to accept that is nearly £300 I will never see again. My bank told me they get thousands of call every week with scams like this.

Had a similar experience,
With a company who they call themselves musclemerger and vita360life, Can not find them on trust piolt. i suspect they could be both linked.
I went for a free trail, only paying postal costs, package was delivered through Hermes. 2 set of tables full. The trial was only for 1 or 2 tablets. i got stung for 2 payments 95 pounds and 92 pounds.
Rang my credit card company up, they said it was a subscription, i promptly reply i was mislead by the company as i only wanted a free trial. My credit card company said they would look for further type of payments and stop them.
The following day to to make sure i cancelled my credit card, paying of any remaining debt. to to stop this...
