This is an absolute scam. I ordered a “free trial” from a Facebook ad that said I would only pay £4.99 p&p. I was charged £89. The next month £89 came out of my credit card too. I phoned the card’s fraud department and stopped any further payments going to this company. The company changed its name and lifted £89 two month later. I now have to check monthly and phone the fraud department every time to get the money repaid to me.
There is no address, the phone number on the delivery note does not work and the lowlife that operates this scheme needs putting away for a long time.

I have *never* ordered anything from this company, but they took £85 and £89 from my bank account via my debit card in December. This following similar deductions by a firm called Vitamerge over several months after I had ordered £2 worth of tablets from them. The bank has been very helpful, and will be reporting the frauds. I had asked for And received a new debit card and the bank had blocked Vitamerge, but Musclemerge were still able to defraud me using the details which they had.

My mum made me order these damn pills on the 22nd of December it cost 3.00 and something pence. On the 5th Jan 2020 which was yesterday I found 89.00 was taken out of my account! How diabolical is this! Are the tablets even safe to have ! I was absolutely livid I called my bank and they gave me their number and also stopped my card working. Absolute nightmare !

Fell for this scam,took unauthorised money from my account and fortunately bank have been brilliant.So do not get involved with this company.

Had exactly the same thing, £79 & £76 taken from my account in one day! The bank couldn’t do anything but gave me the contact number. As my son ordered them and is under 18 I was promised a refund, after reading reviews on here I honestly thought I’d never see the money again! Shocked today to see that after just 3 days the full amount has gone back into my account! Perservere, but be nice lol I was seething but for once decided to keep my cool and it worked, she was actually very nice!

Absolute joke, scam people, don’t buy as they set up a ridiculous subscription that you won’t be aware of, taken £155 out of my account in one day, when tang was rude said they can’t force people to read terms and conditions, ignores the fact that you want a refund or return good to get the refund, rang several times, their same excuse is that I am being rude to why they will not refund, even though at first she had a different story when I first rang and once she told me that I won’t get a refund and wouldn’t explain why course I got frustrated like anyone would! Ignorant and puts the phone down wether you are speaking nice or not! Ignored emails. Filed a case with trading standards, financial ombudsman and small claims to try and get money back, bank said they have blocked them from taking money, I have requested them on phone and email to cancel it too but I see by the reviews this may not be the end of it all.
There is a lot of information about this company on here and I wish I would of seen it before my mum asked to purchase it for her.
They don’t understand the law clearly and trick people into these things, it’s appauling that they still can do it to people.

I fell victim to this scam.
I entered my card details but the screen went blank before I could even submit anything so they shouldn’t have had my card details.
Checked my bank to find out they took £79 without permission called the bank who gave me there number 03303801389 and I spoke to someone called DANIELLE who was extremely rude shouted at me when I asked for the complaint email address told me that she was not there to educate me and I was acting like a five-year-old child. This is after they are the ones that took an unauthorised payment Danielle also proceeded to hang up the phone on me I called back and spoke to another rude colleague who said it was my fault that she shouted at me. I have again spoken to the bank who have raised a fraud investigation into them.

Took money from my account each month without any notification. They bounced back my emails and I have had to get the fraud squad involved.

Hi if anybody has had dealings with this company be sure what you are signing up for because they take money out of your bank without notifying you .they have taken £95 out or my account twice .tried to find contact details for them but had difficulty .found phone number on hear

It's ridiculous...you took £95.00 out of my bank 3 times without me knowing ...today I had a courier come with some supplements which was the first time I had them ...my partner signed for them then I went to the door and asked what the package was ...they was tablets ...for £95.00 ..what they the fountain of youth ..look stop taking money out of my bank ...that's my rent your taking ..so please stop..

This company is absolutely disgusting is a total scam they got me to buy I think everyone Affected by these Thieves just go to Citizens advice and trading standards to get this company out of business and the ceos in jail and the banks should be doing more to as they know they are scammers but still let them take money and be careful when offering new cards thinking your safe as I found out they can still take your money as they set it up like Netflix dose where they can take money even if you get new cards this company as taken 99 and 95 in same day after I have had a new card sent out make sure you tell your bank to block the company take any more money as they go Quiet for a few week after you or your bank contacts them then they start taking it again a few weeks to a month later hope everyone gets there Money bk and am willing to get to work with other people to take this company down so good luck to everyone one and leave your Comments and I will get bk to anyone willing to try get a group together to plaster this on every Social media platform out there so they get black Listed by the Public I have rang them to day on this 03303800714 number and she said I would get a refund in 14 days and Subscription I never agreed to will be cancelled so I guess I will have to wait-and-see will update this in 14 days to see if I get my refund

Avoid ultra health, customers overcharged for things they don't want, £85 taken regularly off customers who can't return goods because ultra health refuse returns , total scam outfit

Total scam. The “ free trial “ saw two payments totalling thirty quid leave my account. I emailed them and heard nothing till 6 weeks later I saw on my bank statement they had taken two more payments £99 and £95 on same day in October. Contacted bank immediately who cancelled further payments and now trying to recover my money. Today I received a further delivery. Emailed them but email bounced back saying domain not registered. I’ll try phoning again but please beware

Foolishly I fell victim to this scam. Free trial seemed reasonable and they had a celebrity promoting it. I didn't think anything of it because I didn't sign up to anything other than a free trial. There was no email notification to indicate anything untoward. I used a credit card I don't usually use so wasn't aware that they took £85 &£89 a couple of weeks later and continued to do so twice more. It was when I received a notification from Hermes that I got a sick feeling that I had been scammed.

I called Barclaycard immediately and they identified that they had fraudulently taken a total of 6 payments without any consent, notification or confirmation. They were amazing they refunded the charges without issue. As a result Ive cancel my card.

This company would have you believe you are paying for the free trial to be delivered. There is no mention that they intend to take money out monthly for a recurring subscription. There means of getting payment details are fraudulent. They need to be reported.
I have read somewhere that this have been refuting the refunds with the banks so I will wait and see if they try anything. There's a number on the order sheet so will call attempt to stop them from coming back to me. Either way for now I have my money back. I think the banks are aware they're scammers because they were quick to refund. I suggest we continue to report them to the banks. Maybe if they get hit in the pocket they will stop this terrible scam.

UPDATE:
I called today to request a return. They answered quickly appeared friendly and professional. I was informed they are moving warehouse so cannot send products back was told to discard of them how I liked. I told them my bank has refunded the charges and she said she would cancel the subscription. Seemed all too easy. Hopefully their scam is coming to an end.

Another mug / victim here . Exactly the same problems as previous reviewers . Changed my card with bank but Vitaplus still took money from my account for the second month running . Looking over previous contributors .. this has been going over a
year now . Why haven't the Police Fraud Squad come downn on them ?

Absolute scam, promised a refund 3 months ago, still got nothing, paid 89 quid for nothing.
