My biggest regret was clicking on the link for their products. It was a complete scam! There was an offer to try their product and they tell you that all you have to do is pay for postage which was about £3. I never received anything from this company and because of that I complete forgot about it. Fast forward to about 3 weeks later, I was charged £174!!! I had no idea what it was for as they didn't send a confirmation of an order or any trace of a receipt. I found out what the payment was for by my bank as they had to investigate it. Luckily my bank had their info, I tried to call, number doesn't work then I emailed and got a response saying I didn't cancel my subscription which is why I was charged. I stressed to them that they have never sent me anything nor did they send a receipt, after back and forth emailing they finally agreed to refund me because they have never sent anything to me and have no proof of it. They said it would take 7-10 days, 10 days later I'm still waiting for a refund!

I bough Ultra Health to get a good body but it obviously isn’t working. I got a new batch today and haven’t checked my bank but I will now and I will try to make them cancel my subscription.

Ordered product and payed £2 for delivery, was then charged £89 for a re subscription which is an ongoing charge. This company is fraudulent and should not be bought from. If you ever need to stop payments from them, call your bank to stop any ongoing transactions. The bank can provide phone numbers of the seller and you can get a refund.

Would obviously give 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately immediately after signing up for the free trial I saw below that they were going to charge £89 for a monthly subscription! Now I feel like a fool. Nothing has come up under my “scheduled/future payments” yet but will be checking multiple times a day to cancel the money going through. I will also be contacting my bank to block the seller. Rookie mistake; ALWAYS read the T&Cs!!

crap pure crap stay away from these pills and this company you will pay £174.00 for two small bottle of pills that dont work .the add says you only pay for postage on your free trail . it does not say you have to cancel by phone or you will be charged £174.00 each time they send you two bottle of pills this is a scam .trustpilot is a review community to help consumers find companies they can trust .they should look at myultra .as they are coning people.

HELP!!!

Very ride and refused to accept that something maybe wrong with the site.. I was offered a cancellation before I even asked and that was fine but when I ask how then are we to get in touch to cancel the told me it’s in the terms and conditions.. what terms and conditions, there was none and it was when the money came out I got a number because the website doesn’t work and even when u typed the address they tell u in it still comes up faulty.. I asked if I was the only one rhat have ever mentioned this problem I was told yes and I said to her that’s a lie you need to see the reviews people have complained or rang up about this problem then one girl was bright enough to tell me I shouldn’t have put my bank card in the website.. I ask her how do I know if something is a scam when I got the product I have a green.. the scam isn’t the site it’s the company they are well aware of the problems but still continue to play dumb that’s why they have an answer for every question already rehearsed. I even ask if I could email them a screenshot to show what it looks like when u go on the girl said NO and when I ask to speak to a supervisor she said they busy, and when I ask to leave a contact for someone to get back to me she said NO and then told me I was rude and I should listen imagine that. Someone else came on sounding exactly like her but you know what failure is only inevitable and even if it was the same person at least she was much approachable this time just means they may not answer my emails..

I ordered a FREE sample of pills which were advertised on Ultras website, I just had to pay the postage, great not a problem. A couple of weeks later there were two charges on my credit card for £94 & £99, what a rip-off, there were only 60 pills in each container, these pills were advertised as a FREE sample but they charged me for them anyway. We rang Ultra to ask why, the lady said it was because we didn't cancel the subscription within 10 days, there was nothing to say we had a subscription or the 10 day cancellation period, when I tried to explain this to the lady you could tell she was reading from a script as she repeated herself several times word for word, when she could not think of anything else to say when I asked a question she hung up, how unprofessional & rood. Ultra is a VERY UNHELPFUL DECEITFUL, HORRIBLE company who will SCAM a lot of people by the way they operate, this should not be allowed, something really needs to be done with this company, AVOID ULTRA at all costs. To make matters worse the pills DID NOT work and they left a horrible after taste and gave me indigestion. After reading several reviews I am not on my own, Ultra have SCAMMED lots of people the same as what happened to me, all relating to the same operation tactics by Ultra. I hope Ultra read this and stop operating in this dishonest way.

They offer free trials too and just charge postage. They purposely avoid sending a confirmation email to enable you to cancel

As soon as they get your card details they subscribe you to a monthly payment scheme allowing them to take hundreds out of your account.

They hide behind numerous address in the uk. If your lucky enough to find the freephone number to return any products for a refund they will give you a PO Box address which you will not be able to get any form of return confirmation.

Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to be bankrupted.

Total and utter scam avoid like the plague!!! These are a total and utter thieving bunch and deserve the outcome ahead of them

So I clicked and paid, there was no acceptance of Terms and Conditions required and no acknowledgement of my order. A couple of days later my product arrived and I started taking it. Then 14 days later I suddenly had £89.00 deducted form my debit card. I know what I spend and where I spend it so I investigated it and found a payment for £3.25, then a payment of £89.00 marked as ULTRATM. After going back through my browser's history I located their website and started to check a few theories. I found the terms and conditions and a clause - Auto-Ship Program

So I contacted my bank and they had heard of ULTRATM so much that the adviser almost laughed out loud. We went through a few details and they said that the website was misleading and refunded my £89 payment and blocked this seller from ever charging me again. I suggest that you do the same.
