I too have been caught by this scam. Thankfully Barclaycard are stopping the payments going through but I just received notification that Hermes are supposedly going to deliver a parcel from them, not to my address as I live in Italy, but to a friends address. I did receive an email from them last October confirming they had cancelled my "subscription". Since then I have heard nothing, received nothing but they keep making charges to my Barclaycard. I now cannot find anyway to contact them.

I got caught up in this when I requested a sample of a weight loss product promoted by, I think, Kirstie Allsopp. There was no indication on the promotion of a commitment to a subscription.

How do we stop this?

I have had a similar experience. Hermes will not stop a parcel, assuming it exists, as it is repeatedly 'delayed' according to Hermes system. I have reported two payments of £85/89 taken from my bank account on 11 November.

UPDATE
On investigation my bank confirms FOUR payments were taken without my permission. They have raised a dispute with VitPro/My Ultra and stopped recurring payments. Unless the fraudsters can prove I expressly agreed a refund will be issued 👍

I too have been victim to this scam. I have had £85 and £89 taken from my account two months running. I had the first amount refunded by my bank but am having to go through the fraud team again. If they don't refund this second time I will have to close the bank account I have had for over 30 years as I can't risk another charge. They are sophisticated as they send a Hermes delivery and there's no way of cancelling it. My bank has put a stop against this merchant number but I'm struggling to get them to refund this month's money.

I have just rung their number today on 03303800714 and was told that I would receive s refund in 14 days. I'm in the process of disputing the charge with my bank too. I hope that I receive my money back from them as promised. A professional sounding woman answered the phone and queries and said she would cancel the order and refund the money. Will wait and see what happens. I asked her to email me confirmation of the refund.

Also been hit by fraud on my account with this company. Card changed and fraud reported. Would love to know if anyone is interested in getting together to report to rogue traders. Let me know in comments.
I will also be checking my account regularly to see if they get passed the Barclays fraud team.

In a sticky situation: my credit card has been charged monthly for £89 and despite disputing with bank and new credit cards being issued, am still being charged.
Am also looking for a solution with the courier company as have been notified of an incoming package but they can’t put a return to sender. They have asked me to contact the sender but I don’t have any of their details. This was done without my consent or authorisation and am unable to track down their website. Both bank and courier company can’t seem to put a stop to this. I have reported to Action Fraud. Can anyone advise how they stopped this?

Since writing this review a further £174 came out my account, I got a prossional working person to call the number given, I would tell you to download a call recorder and do it yourself, tell them you are a vulnerable member of society etc and the money will be quickly refunded took two days since the original call to get mines back.. but hey I got it .

I too fell for this......... not normally that gullible but it came from a add on Facebook and to be fair looked legit. Anyway I had a funny feeling once I paid the p&p that something just wasn’t quite right? I checked the website where I bought it from and read the terms and conditions......... it does state that once you’ve paid the p&p you are entering into a subscription that has to be cancelled within 14 days of ordering or you will be charged. Like others I didn’t receive any confirmation or anything and it was only because I was suspicious that I read the terms and conditions, had I not I would of had money taken out like everyone else! However I have received a email today saying my parcel is with Hermes so fingers crossed 🤞 I will be cancelling my card after I phone in to cancel the subscription anyway just to be on the safe side

I have had £89 and £85 a month taken from my account 2 months running after a so called free trial!!!
They will not answer the phone, I have raised it to the fraud investigators at Barclays and they have refunded me and they are aware of this company!!!
You must change your card details.
Update;;Barclays have taken the refund back because if you agree to free postage and packaging on the free trial offer you are agreeing to their t&cs and a full years subscription. That’s how they get round the legals!! Absolutely disgusting

I too have been a victim of this company. My bank say that cancelling the card will not help as I have paid by 'subscription' and they can continue to withdraw funds even from a new card.
The contact numbers are not answered. Does anyone have a valid mail address for Ultra Health or Vitaslim please.

Sent for a trial offer, but did not request further deliveries. Two lots of £89 taken from my account despite my bank promising to block the second. Have now changed my card. Totally my fault. I tried calling their customer help line but no one answers. Avoid this company like the plague.

The company is a total scam! I fell for the free trial £2.50 and a week after my account was debited again £95,£92 for product I did not order. I spoke my bank and cancelled my card. Hopefully the bank fraud unit will be able to unravel people behind these scam and refund my money. I totally upset.

I purchased a free sample but paid a small fee for P&P. I then checked all emails for confirmation of my order but had received nothing. After forgetting all about this order, I soon discovered that further payments have recently been taken from my bank of £92 & £94 both of the same day.
I quickly contacted my bank as I did not know what this was for. They said there was nothing they could do other than stop any future payments. And if I do not receive any goods within the next week to call them back, so they can investigate the company.

I have since been given the details of this company by my bank, so I can try to contact and request a FULL REFUND. But after numerous calls and emails I am yet to speak to anyone..

Me too! I feel such a Muppet. I have contacted my bank and they may not be able to refund the monies already taken but further payments will be blocked. Like Kevin, I woke in the early hours with the same feeling that something was 'not right' - why couldn't I have had that feeling when I read the advert?!?!? I blame no-one but myself, these people are too unskilled to make money honestly so they have to take money off those of us who are able to do proper work for honest pay. I am an intelligent woman so I have no excuse for losing out to these crooks. Mea culpa.

I stupidly bought the offer firstly but there was no mention of them taking the extra money out!!!

Last week, I fell for the "free trial/postage only" scam with a product , which was supported by a Dragons Den episode, but in the small hours of the morning, I lay awake with a horrible feeling that something wasn't right. I got up(3.30 a.m) and checked my so-called "order" (no receipt, no small print, no nothing!) And found that £2.50 had already been debited from my account, plus another £3.50, for God knows what, by a company called "Vitahealth", or some such rubbish. I found the original webpage advert, and looked again. Sure enough, some of the spelling on the product bottle was wrong, such as "dietry" and there was a photo of two supposed entrepreneurs supposedly offering their product (Krygen XL) to the Dragons. One of the two blokes had a stethoscope round his neck! These scamming pond-lifes are obviously using a TV programme as a front for their nefarious activities. I felt such an wally. Cut to the chase, I immediately called my bank (4.00a.m) who agreed that it probably was a scam, and that if I did nothing, I would probably see debits from my account right left and centre, at a later date. So they advised me to cancel my card, and they put a block on the company. My advice to anyone in this situation is, DON'T JUST BLOCK THE SELLER..IF YOU DO, THEY WILL STILL DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT UNDER ANOTHER OF THEIR MANY COMPANY NAMES!! CANCEL THE CARD YOU USED TO ORDER THEIR (..probably) USELESS PRODUCTS!! I am usually very, very careful when buying on-line, but even so, fell for the lure of a "free"trial. I've only lost £7, but never again! I do really feel for anyone who's fallen for it big-time.
If in doubt, CANCEL YOUR CARD! It's the only sure way to stop these schiesters getting their filthy little paws on more of your hard earned cash. The internet really is a jungle, and these scum are worse than animals !!

Please do NOT order anything from this company Ultra Health its a big scam! Im having to close my bank account as they keep taking £89 every month. They hang up on you instead of answering the phone. Im looking into getting this so called company investergated.

I very rarely leave review on trust pilot but I felt it necessary to warn every one I possibly can about this scum of the earth company. I ordered a free month trial, however they sent me no order numbers or even gave me a confirmation via the website - went on my online banking to find they had debited 2 transactions of around £5 in total. I emailed them to ask why they had debited two and also why i had received no confirmation. Received an email back 10 days later to advise that they could see I had purchased 2 products but not received them, and asked me whether I would prefer a refund or them to send the products, I emailed back straight away to say that I wanted the items refunding and no longer wanted the products. Went on my online banking again that night to find that they had debited a further 2 unauthorised transactions one for £86 and one for £89. Why the hell would you agree to refund a £5 transaction to then debit a further £175!!!!! Barclays did a temporary reversal after some debating and actually making me feel quite stupid, went into the bank to close my account down but couldn’t do it. Then logged on my account again last night to see that the company had debited this AGAIN. Now having to go through the stress of raising an investigation with the fraud team and have also been told these low lives set up a standing order on my account so the money debited every month! What a great weekend! There is nothing more I hate than THIEVES taking away money from people that work hard just to try and make a living and for that reason I’m going to do everything I can to stop them from doing this to other people. SCUM.

Stay well clear of this company. Within 5 mins of signing up for a “free trial” with £3.99 delivery, I have 3 further unauthorised transactions pending on my account from 2 different merchant names. Thank god Barclaycard offer protection.

Company is a big SCAM
They get your credit card details and weeks later they charge you with huge unauthorised amounts.
Initially ordered free sample with £ 3.20 . These arrived, and two weeks later was charged to my Barclaycard for unauthorised £89.50 and £85.00
Barclaycard has refunded these amounts an put the company on their FRAUD List

People should be aware of making any purchase from these dodgy con scammers. This company is scum and they take the best prize for their dodgy scam . The worst online shopping experience ever and i hope the people behind it will get their comeuppenace. Sheet (sic) website , company and product
