Always, courteous, clear about what they are doing and happy to answer my idiot questions in terms I can understand. Efficient invoicing and provision of appropriate Gas Safe paperwork electronically. Highly recommended.

Nick and Adam did a superb job in replacing our boiler, moving it into our garage and replacing our hot water tank. The communication between Nick and Adam was great to hear and worked very well together, They were professional with genuine customer care, which added to a pleasant experience as they were in and out the house. I am very pleased to have found NJP through the Worcester Bosch website and would highly recommend their services.

NJP fitted new boiler 3+ years ago with minimum mess & fuss. Annual service is always thorough & efficient.
A pleasure to deal with

Came to install a new boiler and remove the old one. The work was completed in good time, faster than expected. Nick came back to check on the system when I said I had some concerns. They were clean and tidy. Nick explained everything to me in terms of checks i needed to do/maintenance.The system is generally working well. My only complaint is the crack left in one of my tiles as a result of the work.

Nick arrived on time for our initial appointment and survey of the boiler system, following a successful quotation everything was organised by Nick for the new boiler system including a new water tank and softener system. Everything was exactly as we were advised by Nick and very pleased with the results - would definately recommend NJP Heating Services.

Did a reasonable show of competence at the time but left us with an extra issue and then showed no interest in helping solve the problem. Whilst the extra issue was relatively minor I had to research it to fix it myself rather than be given a solution to a change made by the expert. Complete lack of concern or interest.

Nick and Adam replaced our existing vented hot water cylinder with a new slim-line sealed unit with some very neat plumbing in the narrow airing cupboard. They removed the two horrible and very noisy water tanks in the loft and also replaced two radiators that were rusting and not up to the job. All the radiators got a powerflush removing a *lot* of sludge. The old shower pump was removed and now we have mains pressure hot water throughout the house and powerfully hot showers. The job took two and a half days (mains water was returned quickly on day-1, hot water returned on day-2, and heating back on day-3). We will continue to use NJP to service our boiler (which they installed before we moved in) and any other plumbing and heating needs.
