Fantastic suit and super speedy delivery
Not sure why all the negative reviews. I absolutely love the my navy tech suit I purchased from NOHOW. So much so that I have just placed an order for the green one. The communication vua email and service is great, and I received my order within a matter of days. This brand is growing on me, and I will definitely be keeping an eye out for other items on the website.

This is my first time ordering from this company and I’m not impressed… not only did I pay 129 for a jacket but they charged me 150 then charged me 28 dollars to ship my jacket, then when it got to the delivery service they charged me an additional 35 dollars. I’m beyond mad. The jacket ended up not fitting and I would like to return it. Come to find out I have to pay to return and ship it back so far this company shoes me they do not care about there customers but that they only see the dollar signs. Do not buy from nohow clothing they will rip you off.

we are genuinely sorry to read this review for several reasons.
First of all, the shipping fees are clearly displayed in the website at checkout and once they are displayed the customer can decide if continue with the purchase or not, it is not an hidden fee at all and it is not applied without customer's knowledge or consent. Therefore, you deliberately and consciously chose to proceed with the purchase being fully aware of the shipping fees amount.
Moreover, the shipping cost of 28 euro is for Express premium shipping from Italy to USA with DHL which offers fastest shipping and high-quality shipping services.
Regarding the additional 35 dollars, those are not related to shipping fees at all but they are duty fees taxes as indicated in the DHL email you received, as the USA government as in Trump administration introduced duty taxes that have to be paid by US citizens in order to import the products in your country.
We are not responsible for the application of import taxes as they are entirely regulated by Customs Offices in your country.
In our website it is clearly indicated that duty fees are at customer’s charge.
The website also clearly states that returns are at customer’s charge as unfortunately we cannot provide free return labels. However, if you had contacting our Customer Care team regarding the return, we would have been able to offer you a paid pick up service with DHL which could come at a lower cost compared to your chosen carrier. Indeed, we value our Customer experience and we do everything we can to make it as easy and pleasant as possible.
In any case, we have requested information to you through Trustpilot to identify your purchase as no order number or further details have been provided on your side.

Temps de livraison correcte, pantalon commandé le dimanche, colis reçu le vendredi suivant. Coupe stylé par contre, les coutures ne sont pas de bonne qualité d’où la note de 2 etoiles. Pantalon acheté en promo à 35€ au lieu de 90€ donc pour le prix je le garde car je n’ai pas envie de m’embêter à le renvoyer à mes frais. Mais honnêtement, il ne vaut pas son prix de départ de 90€. I’m really impressed with this purchase! The quality of the fabric is even better than I expected
soft, comfortable, and it feels like it will last. The fit is true to size and very flattering, not too tight but still gives a nice shape. The color looks exactly like the photos online, and I love how versatile it is
I can easily dress it up or down. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was neat and secure. Overall, I’m very happy with this order and will definitely be shopping here again!

Sito fatto bene, ottimo marketing, ma mai più.
I capi sono di qualità migliore in foto rispetto alla realtà. Tutto sommato, accettabili ma non come ci si aspetterebbe dalle foto e dal prezzo.
Il problema più grande sta nelle spedizioni: in caso di reso, le spese sono totalmente a carico del cliente, non forniscono informazioni e danno esclusivamente l’indirizzo a cui rispedire il pacco (con una lunga serie di casi in cui si riservano di rifiutare il reso).
Peccato ma mai più!
Correggo perché effettivamente ho sbagliato relativamente al costo di 7,90€ per la spedizione, per cui mi scuso.
Dopodiché, confermo tutto il resto e la risposta qua sotto conferma ulteriormente quanto riportato.
Il 2º capo non lo restituirei anche se è di qualità inferiore a quella risultante in foto, ma comprendo sia un discorso soggettivo. A questo punto contatto il customer care per aggiungere anch’esso al reso, confidando sia possibile.

dopo aver ricevuto tramite trustpilot informazioni sul suo numero d’ordine vorremmo fare chiarezza su alcuni punti della sua recensione che non corrispondono a verità.
Innanzitutto, il suo ordine non superava la soglia necessaria per ottenere la spedizione gratuita.
Il valore originario degli articoli è di 184 euro, tuttavia, poiché il codice sconto del 20% sugli articoli da Lei acquistati corrispondeva a 36,80 euro il valore effettivo degli articoli è di 147,20 euro, quindi al di sotto della soglia dei 150 euro che dà diritto alla spedizione gratuita.
Pertanto non c’è stata alcuna scorrettezza da parte nostra e sinceramente siamo spiacenti che venga insinuato il contrario, anche perché al momento del checkout prima del pagamento vengono riepilogati tutti i costi, incluso il costo della spedizione che è ben visibile prima di confermare l’ordine e procedere al pagamento, pertanto avrebbe potuto liberamente decidere di non effettuare l’ordine se lo avesse desiderato, visto che era informato di tutti i costi prima dell’acquisto.
Per quanto riguarda la qualità, Lei ha registrato richiesta di reso solo per uno dei due articoli; pertanto, ha deciso di tenere l’altro articolo acquistato ed evidentemente lo ha ritenuto di qualità e prezzo idonei alle sue aspettative, altrimenti avrebbe reso anche l’altro articolo. Inoltre, non ci risulta che Lei ci abbia contattato attraverso nessun canale di Customer Care per evidenziare eventuali problematiche con gli articoli ricevuti.
Il fatto che le spese per rispedire il reso siano a carico del cliente è chiaramente riportato all’interno della politica di reso e rimborso presente all’interno del sito e consultabile anche prima dell’acquisto.
La “lunga serie di casi in cui si riservano di rifiutare il reso” come Lei indica, corrisponde a condizioni imprescindibili in qualsiasi negozio fisico od online per restituire i resi. Come in qualsiasi altro store, infatti, per essere resi gli articoli non devono essere stati indossati, lavati o alterati in alcun modo, non devono mostrare segni di utilizzo e devono avere etichette e cartellini originali attaccati. Non sarebbe corretto da parte nostra se non avessimo queste condizioni minime per accettare i resi; infatti, se un articolo non è di gradimento del cliente nel momento in cui lo riceve, effettua il reso senza utilizzarlo, lavarlo o alterarlo, altrimenti significherebbe per noi ricevere indietro un prodotto che non sarebbe più rivendibile o utilizzabile in alcun modo e non sarebbe in ogni caso corretto da parte dei clienti utilizzare articoli a piacimento, alterarli e poi renderli.
Chiaramente, fanno eccezione gli articoli con difetti di fabbricazione. In questo caso, infatti, come indicato nelle politiche di reso all’interno del sito, viene richiesto al cliente di inviare prove fotografiche del danneggiamento al nostro Customer Care che in caso di effettivo riscontro del problema, ritirerà a spese dell’azienda, e non del cliente, l’articolo. Nel suo caso, tuttavia come già detto non siamo stati contattati da Lei per segnalazioni di problematiche.
Da ultimo, per quanto riguarda le modalità di spedizione dl reso, non è veritiero che non vengono fornite informazioni. Infatti, nella politica di reso e rimborso viene indicato che il cliente può spedire con qualsiasi corriere a sua scelta, oppure richiedere al Customer Care il nostro servizio di ritiro a pagamento con il nostro corriere o qualsiasi altro chiarimento in caso di dubbi.
