Je viens de payer pour un abonnement de…

Je viens de payer pour un abonnement de 1 mois, j 'ai été débité et je n'ai pas reçu mon plan pourtant soit disant prêt.
En fait, il faut charger l' application pour y avoir accès, ce qui n'est pas précisé au départ.
Et les réponses en anglais, ce n'est pas évident.
Ceci dit, pour l'instant rien de révolutionnaire, des conseils basiques que l'on trouve par tout.

Meh :-(

Das Positive vorweg: es war bunt und das Kalorienzählen schien mir i.Vgl. zu anderen Plattformen einfacher.
Negativ: das Ergebnis eines mehr schlechtens als vernünftigens Übersetzungstool wurde offenbar ungeprüft (Begründung: Zeitmangel) in die App implementiert. Dafür, dass man auch "an die Psyche will" recht unbedacht. Auch Mengen- und Volumenangaben in nicht-metrischen Tassen, Unzen und "whatever", könnte man überlesen, wenn der Dienst eine kostenlose Testversion wäre.
Manchmal liess sich die App nicht öffnen, oder brach zwischendurch ab. Die gelegentlichen Frage-Antwort-Spuele schienen mir auch nicht immer korrekt zu sein. Was gar nicht geht: trotz bezahlter Leistungen, lässt sich die App nicht mehr öffnen, um das "Wissen" des 1. Monats nochmals durch zu daddeln. Kundenservice reagiert verspätet bis gar nicht.
"Kostenloser Probemonat" offenbar nicht gültig, weil Seitenvertrag mit xy.
KEINE Empfehlung.

Got refund

Please watch out when you do one time purchase there is auto renewal as a default which you cannot see and they will charge you 66 euro!!!! Without your permission. I am so mad don’t know what to do, anybody had the same problem and could you solve it?
Update- the issue is solved I got my money back! Quick service

Vous êtes des voleurs j ai payer 25,99 le 08/03/2025 j ai bien était debiter le jour même, pour un abonnement à l année. Je n ai pas eu de mail de confirmation, je ne peux pas me connecter à l application on me demande de repayer et sur mon Google play aucun abonnement pour Omo n est affiché....Je vous ai envoyé un mail mais biensûr on me prends pour une débile .Voilà j espère avoir une réponse.

Pas perdu un gramme

Pas perdu un gramme ! Ce n'est pas une application qui fonctionne pour perdre 3 ou 4kg. Très cher pour avoir un comptage de calories et des rappels pour boire qui existent sur d'autres applications. Je demande un remboursement et je tourne en rond sur des mails qui me reviennent comme non utilisable. Dommage car l'application paraît très bien faite sur le moment... 34€ un mois pour perdre 0kg c'est un peu dommage !

ONE BIG CON!

TOOK THE BAIT WHEN I SAW THE AD FOR OMO AND PAID THE $25.99 FOR A 12 WEEK TRIAL. NOTHING WAS MENTIONED AT THE TIME ABOUT AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND CHARGES. I DOWNLOADED THE APP, LOGGED IN, ENTERED MY PERSONAL INF0RMATION, ANSWERED A MULTITUDE OF QUESTIONS RE: MY EATING HABITS, LIFESTYLE AND PREFERENCES. I WAS ABLE YO TRACK MY WEIGHT AND LOG IN MY MEALS FOR EXACTLY 1 (ONE) DAY. AFTER THAT THE UPDATED TERMS OF USE AND SUBSCRIPTION POPPED UP RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY ENTERING THE DAY'S MEALS. WELL, THERE WAS NO WAY TO ESCAPE THIS SCREEN. I TRIED EVERYTHING FOR HOURS. I DECIDED TO UNINSTALL THE APP AND REINSTALL. ANOTHER DAY OF USE AND ---AGAIN WITH THE POPPED-UP TERMS OF USE AND SUBSCRIPTION. I CONTACTED OMO VIA E-MAIL AND PHONE. AFTER 2 DAYS, I GOT A REPLY AND A SUGGESTION TO CLEAR THE CACHE OF THE APP. NOTHING HAPPENED AND I'M STILL STUCK ON THAT SCREEN. LIKE OTHERS ON THIS SITE I THINK THE COMPANY IS A SCAM, UNETHICAL AND THE APP IS POORLY CONFIGURED. I CAN'T USE THE APP AND I WANT A REFUND. IT REALLY HAS LITTLE TO OFFER AS THE CALORIE INFO IS VERY OFF.

He pedido la devolución, ya que me han hecho la subscripción mensual sin haberla solicitado, simplemente pedí la prueba y ahora se renueva automáticamente. Veremos qué me contestan...
Finalmente me han reembolsado el importe. Parecen serios, al menos conmigo.

Horrible unauthorized charges

Signed up for a 3 month trial and was charged for 6 months after my first month.
Repeatedly emailed customer service and was provided with their policy about automatic renewal. I did not sign up for automatic renewal and cancelled my membership after 1 month and 5 days.
it’s horrible that this company is charging customers with unauthorized debits!
Horrible just horrible.

They will charge you but not provide the service

Took a subscription out for 1 month due to an upcoming vacation. Put all the details required and paid for the 1 month at £15. OMO then advised that I had to log into the app to find details of my subscription. The app would not allow me to log in as my email or password was incorrect baring it mind I had just confirmed the details to pay the subscription. Highly wouldn’t recommend scam of a company.

Unauthorized charging

I signed up for one week on 3/3/25 which they billed me for and on 3/7/25 they were billing me for a month which I did not authorize. I information I received from the site was not anything I didn’t already know and the charts to record your food diary was every generic and not very helpful. I felt like I wasted my money. It was just not helpful. And charging me again before my week was even up was just plain wrong.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, stay away to save yourself trouble. They take your money, then you get a QR code that does not work, you try to reach them, they eventually response they have a high volume of inquiries. If you ask for a refund, they say it takes 5-10 days (however, they probably invest the money for a week and make a profit, you can buy stocks and sell, if you have a high level scamming ability), I still have not gotten my refund. Save yourself the headache, there are ethical and real companies out there, you do not need this hassle.
