I ordered 2 doors at the beginning of December , had a carpenter booked in for the 21st December as I was told on the 9th December that they had been dispatched.
As I didnât hear anything further, I started calling and emailing , but no response. I finally got a response from âMarkâ on 13th stating â Please be informed that this should be with you by early next week.â
Monday and Tuesday came and went, so I called again on Wednesday to check up , eventually had a gentleman on the phone tell me he would call me back on the same day , this did not happen.
I called again on Thursday (and emailed) and eventually was told the doors would not be delivered until January. I told them this was not acceptable and could they come back to me with a more suitable resolution, again, I was promised a call back the same day and this, again, did not happen.
I have since ordered different doors from Doors of Distinction and had them delivered next day.
I have requested a refund from Online Door Store , and âunbelievablyâ havenât had a response yet!

Poor quality
When my doors arrived, I checked one but then the driver brought the second one in and I didnât look at it. My mistake it was almost snapped into they were pretty good at replacing it but the second one had damaged to the bottom. I couldnât be bothered to send it back so I will just be filling it and painting it but the call the of doors are not great

Straight forward process good information when I asked about my interest in a specific door I required received the door albeit not as quick as I would have liked and although I know I had to undercoat and paint the door the plastic covering on the glass was peeling off meant I had to mask the glass boring job and had to do more in regards to finishing the door before painting than expected otherwise all good ð

They take your money and then have nothing more to do with you. confirmation email said 3-5 days delivery, website says within 10 days but reality is 15 days for delivery - emailed online doors for clarity and got no reply! Then, delivery finally arrived - only to find out we had to have someone to help offload the van and we should've been informed before as we placed a large order.
