Door arrived on time with no issues - good price too!

Bad experience gone worse. I ordered 4 packs of skirting based on the quantity, description and pricing on their website. They accepted the order and took payment.

A few days later, they claimed their website pricing was wrong and refused to dispatch unless I paid an extra £32.34. I had no choice but to pay because my builders were booked.

The order then arrived with only 1 of the 4 packs. Their own staff reviewed the order, confirmed I was right and authorised the supplier to send the remaining 3 packs. Deanta scheduled the delivery, only for Online Door Store to reverse its position at the last minute, cancel the delivery and suddenly claim I had only ever ordered one pack.

To make matters worse, they changed the wording on their website after my order to support their new position. Fortunately, I have screenshots from before and after the changes, together with the full email trail, as a result of which we are now going down the legal route.

This isn't about an honest mistake. It's about refusing to honour an accepted order, constantly changing the explanation, and forcing a customer down the legal action route simply to receive the goods they ordered and paid for. Avoid the stress and shop elsewhere.

If I could leave no stars I would. Sent the incorrect order and half of it was missing . Paid for express delivery. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Goods should all have been here on Tuesday latests after paying for express delivery on Sunday. Wrong goods sent and half the delivery missing. Will be taking further action to recoup money. Lost our builder slot because of the incompetence of this company

I ordered and paid for 6 fire doors on 7th July. It has been over a week and I cannot get a hold of any customer service at online door store. Furthermore, I contacted the actual supplier of the doors (XL Joinery) who inform me that there has been no dispatch, because they haven’t received payment from Online Door store. They have taken my payment and I have nothing to show for it. I have left a dozen voicemails, written multiple emails and tried calling many times but to no avail.

After lots of hunting around for the exact doors I wanted and at the right price, I found these (Online door store). Ticked every box and also got free handles and hinges - really nice ones too ! Delivery was fine. Very happy with them.

The delivery was prompt and with minimal fuss.

Delivery was late, communication is shocking. Wrong gate was sent, absolute nightmare to get in touch with no one answers so you have to keep calling as it cuts you off after a minute of waiting. When I finally get through to them they say they are sending it over to the supplier for a manager but no one ever gets back despite them telling me someone will. False promises of someone calling back or emailing back with info of replacement or refund but still nothing. Called again today and promised a call back with any update which I have not received.

The doors were delivered on time and were the best price I could find anywhere online.
The quality of the door furniture that they came with is excellent and, when fitted, the doors look superb.

We purchased an FD30 Sapele Veneer door back in October, and the whole experience was excellent. The ordering process was straightforward, and delivery was impressively quick, which made a big difference to our project timeline.

The door itself is great quality – the sapele veneer has a really nice finish and looks even better in person. It feels solid and well-made, exactly what we were hoping for in a fire door.

Overall, very happy with both the product and the service. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
