Love OwlCrate!! Always a great experience! If something is running late they always let you know before hand, if something gets messed up in the process, they are always very helpful and will replace it immediately, they are also quick to respond to an email about anything!

I have been a subscriber to Owlcrate for years and they have never failed to provide quality books and merchandise that is thoughtfully curated for book lovers! Their customer service is top notch and they have been so kind and accommodating. Their shipping has always been very quick and reliable. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I believe that those at OwlCrate are trying their best to make the book community a happy, healthy, and thriving place! The are integrating of a lot of social aspects and reaching more clientele with their lightheartedness and fun book adventures. This community is what readers look for, at least those like me! I’ve been a follower of OwlCrate for years, and have watched it grow in the distance!

I love OwlCrate! The items I’ve bought over the last year are wonderful and if Inhad any issues or concerns their customer service were able to sort it out. The staff is great and they have tons of giveaways for not only their subscribers, but also the members in their app The Nest. It’s a great non-toxic environment and I appreciate how they address any concerns people have and try to sort it out as soon as possible.

I’ve had a great experience with OwlCrate! I’ve been subscribed since January and I love all of the beautiful books and other bookish merch I receive each month! The biggest aspect that I like is The Nest platform that allows me to network with other people subscribed to OwlCrate! It’s a great way to meet new people, get book recs, and so much more!!!

Been a subscriber for years! I really enjoy the curated books and the majority of the items. I also like how they’ve been upping their book game with more consistent unique covers and sprayed edges

I have ordered from them several times. Books and products are amazing for book lovers and book collectors. Unless there is a major issue, which they always address, boxes are shipped on time. Then it's in the hands of the delivery company, but I have no issues getting my box. Always my favorite part of the month when it arrives!

I’m new to OwlCrate, but so far I love it! All information is easily accessible and laid out, truly user friendly. I loveee the books! Absolutely breathtaking and I’m so excited to see what keeps coming down the pipe line… long story short, absolutely amazing!!

I’ve been subscribed to OwlCrate for a few years now and am always very excited to get my box in the mail. Anytime there has been an issue (like if something broke during shipping) the customer service team has been great about getting a replacement sent right out to me.

I have had trouble inthe past retarding things such as shipping, but owlcrate never let's that hinder them. Team Owlcrate was so responsive when I reach out to them. When I have lost packages they were understanding, and were willing to do their best to resolve any issue I may have. Not to mention that they provide customers with well curated items of good quality.

I've been an Owlcrate subscriber since January 2022 and have never had an issue with them. Most orders have arrived very timely with no damage and anytime there was an issue that was out of their control, they were very transparent on when things would be expected. The customer support at Owlcrate is amazing. They are quick to respond and the few times I've needed a replacement, they've been so awesome to get that sorted. Literally couldn't ask for a better book box. The items are good quality and the books are always stunning.

I have had noting but good experience with owlcarate. Ever time.i had emailed with questions I get a awnser promptly or the help I need. Let's face it even if a few days have gone by it's because of them being busy, but they still are so helpful. I am a huge fan of owlcarate they care about their customers

I love being able to discover new books and authors I might not have read otherwise. The goodies have been really good.

I absolutely ADOREE owlcrate. The books are abolutely gorgerous every single time, and they always manage to include hella cool items too! Could not reccomend more. I am so excited for the next one too omg

I decided to buy myself an Owlcrate subscription for Christmas last year and can say it was one of the best gifts I could’ve given myself! I love all of their special editions & find the items in the boxes to be unique and actually useful! I have had an instance where one of my boxes never arrived and customer support responded rather quickly and did not hesitate to send me a new one! I could not recommend them enough!!

Amazing experience with the company and realistic expectations when it comes to shipping. Products are to DIE for! 10/10 would recommend!

Tara has helped me with customer service questions quite a few times and has always replied quickly and kindly! I receive both YA box/goodies and Adult only books and love the artwork on the customized books as well as the items they’ve chosen lately, especially when they’re useful items like the big coasters! Those are so cozy with my owlcrate mugs :)

I love that OwlCrate listens to their readers and is transparent about their waitlist and also shipping delays. I’m excited they offered the romantasy quarterly sub in a ticketed system to ensure customers are able to snag some of their books once they become available. Their books are gorgeous and I love their nest app!

I’m a huge fan of OwlCrate! Their boxes consistently have high quality items- for example I have a mug from a few boxes back and no matter how many washes it’s still perfect!
It’s so cool that OwlCrate goes above subscription boxes and has built a community in their Nest app! A free social media safe space for all readers!

I honestly have always had a positive experience when dealing with owlcrate customer service. I’ve also grown to be able to expect all of my boxes on time unlike other competitors!
