This company has a terrible policy of refusing to accept returns for any reason.
Do NOT purchase products unless you are prepared to sacrifice your money when you are disappointed in the quality of a "Crate."
Sad and disrespectful to customers.

Oh man
Oh man, I love Owlcrate! One of the forefronters in the book subscripton box world! The books are always beautifully packaged, often exclusives and recently hand signed! The goodies are high quality and super fun to have. I'm glad I have a subscription.

Super fedt koncept! Har modtaget 5 pakker end til videre og vil fortsat abonnerer hos dem. Det er altid en god bog og de andre ting der er i passer super godt til temaet. Jeg elsker at det er så anderledes og at det er små virksomheder de samarbejder med. Hvis man læser meget YA og fantasy kan man hurtigt blive afhængig af Owlcrate.
Jeg har bestilt en af deres tidligere bokse men der var problemer med leveringen. De var super flinke da jeg skrev til dem og løste det meget professionelt. Jeg kan klart anbefale dem til alle.
