I had a disappointing experience with Packhelp.

I ordered custom poly mailer bags, but the final product did not match the design I approved. The logo was noticeably larger than intended, and the print quality was poor.

When I raised the issue, I was told that variations can occur due to the printing process, which was never clearly communicated beforehand. Despite the fact that the entire batch had the same issue, the only solution offered was a 20% refund.

Overall, the experience left me hesitant to order again.

Impeccable service, the box printing is spot on and just as expected! I recommend it.

Service client inexistant, ça fait 15 jours que mon colis auraient du être livré, je les contacte mais n'obtiens que des réponses erronnées d'un robot IA.
Mon colis à près de 3000€ est dans la nature, et personne pour m'informer sur le suivi, impossible de les contacter par téléphone, par mail c'est une cata.

Packhelp produced in Poland an order placed in the UK, shipped with UPS, but didn't pay import fees, not even monitored or offered support towards problems in the delivery. The packages are stuck at UPS, and no one is providing support even after 4 days wait, emails and chatbot complaints. There's no telephone number, the team is really slow with problems. I don't recommend to anyone on a tight timeline.

Unnfortunately we had a very bad experience with Packhelp. Ordered packaging for several thousand euros. one of the ordered packagings was misprinted. only one side instead of the ordered and paid two sides. have been discussing the issue woth packhelp‘s customer service for two month and they weren‘t able to resolve the issue. at the end we accepted to at least get the momey back that we overpaid for the second side that was supposed to be printed. still waiting for a response and the necessary refund. if you‘re looking for a reliable packaging provider i suggest you look elsewhere. if you just need cheap and simple packaging, packhelp might be for you. we will certainly never order here again

Buying lot of laptop boxes, excellent quality.

Ich hatte bereits einmal bei Packhelp eine kleine Menge zum testen bestellt und alles lief gut. Die Qualität war gut und auch die Lieferzeit war okay.

Jetzt habe ich also nochmal eine größere Menge bestellt mit GENAU dem selben Design. Erstmal dauerte die Lieferung fast einen Monat, was aber noch okay war, da auch Feiertage dazwischen waren. Allerdings hatte mein Logo auf den gelieferten Kartons plötzlich ganz andere Farben. Alles wirkte sehr verwaschen und billig. Ein riesen Unterschied zu der vorherigen Lieferung (Also es sind wirklich einfach andere viel blassere Farbtöne und nicht die die mein Logo hat). Das habe ich auch direkt reklamiert und man hat einen Fall geöffnet. Nach nochmal knapp einem Monat kam dann die Antwort (nach mehrfachem Nachfragen), dass man einen Neudruck (ich habe mich für einen Neudruck entschieden, wenn sie die Farben diesmal richtig hinbekommen) für mich produzieren wird und es wurde sich entschuldigt. Alles gut dachte ich mir also. Das ganze ist aber wieder fast einen Monat her und ich warte jetzt seit fast 3 Monaten auf meine Kartons. Auf meine letzte Mail von Dienstag wurde jetzt (der Montag danach) noch nicht geantwortet. Service technisch bin ich gerade schwer enttäuscht und will einfach nur mein Geld zurück und einen neuen Lieferanten suchen.

Estamos muy contentos con el servicio en general. Pedimos cajas personalizadas para nuestros productos estacionales, llevamos años comprando y nunca hemos tenido ningún problema. La web es sencilla de utilizar y nos ayuda mucho a crear fácilmente nuestros diseños.

Je recois pour ma deuxième commande une marchandise totalement non conforme, un emballage comportant des "trous" à l'arrière. Je contacte le support en expliquant que cela ne correspond pas, ont me fait envoyé des photos sur lesquels ont voit clairement le problème, et le comparatif avec la première livraison qui montre que je n'ai pas reçu le bon produit. On met alors une semaine à me répondre et je suis obliger de relancé tout ça pour me répondre qu'ils ont vérifié dans leurs entrepôt et la marchandise est conforme ? Service client DÉPLORABLE.

Jeg bestilte 2.000 kasser, som skulle have en tykkelse på 1,5 mm, men modtog 0,9 mm. Jeg har gjort dem opmærksomme på fejlen flere gange, men de har aldrig taget ansvar. Jeg tilbød, at de kunne gentage produktionen eller foretage en refusion, men mine henvendelser blev ignoreret.

Som virksomhed vil jeg fraråde at afgive ordrer hos dem, da det kan bringe jeres drift i fare.
