Nice chairs for the price
Nice chairs for the price, good communication re delivery. Would have been 5*s had there not been screws missing that were required for the assembly of the seats that were flat packed. Speedily sorted though and a pack of screws and bolts were delivered within 3 days by post.

Chairs were faulty then they sent another two again one was faulty and had no feedback about how there gonna solve it the delivery drivers charged me £80 which didnât need paying as they never assembled my table and chairs they left me and my 13 year old son to do which took 3 hours!

Regarding the £80 fee charged by the delivery team, this was a mistake as they were unable to carry out the assembly service. As soon as this issue was brought to our attention, we refunded the full amount of £80 to you.
We deeply regret the inconvenience this situation has caused, especially with the assembly process taking longer than anticipated. Please rest assured that we are taking your feedback seriously to improve our services and ensure such issues do not occur in the future.
