Update I have still not received my payout

I have been trying to cashout $834.03 since 6-8-25. It has been a nightmare trying to get my money. They ask for information such as bank statements and utility bills for verification. They will tell you everything has been verified and to now wait the 10 business days for your withdrawal to be processed. After that 10th business day now there’s another thing you need to verify and they keep adding hoops to jump through. I would love to play on this casino more as I gamble quite a bit but the payout is impossible to get. I will update once I get my withdrawl.

A complete waste of time and Scam. I’ve met play through requirements twice and was denied my withdrawal both times. Customer Service was very rude. I do not recommend playing with this casino at all.

This casino advertises 24/7 support and not one time has their chat support ever been open! They also continually take my deposits and do not credit my account I have to go through a entire fight in order to get my money that I have paid deposited into my account! They also have the worst host I've ever seen they do not reply and when they do it is several days later and they do not offer Solutions!

Completely rigged, I was playing video poker and updated my bet from 5 to 10 dollars but was only receiving payouts as if I was betting 5 dollars. I didn't notice until I hit a full house and straight flush and the math wasn't matching the pay table.

I would completely avoid this casino they are complete frauds.

This place is just pure scam. Got 800$ then try to withdraw wich is rejected for no reason at all, live support doesn t answer, they also ask for deposit before i am able to withdraw, i depo and then nothing happens and still can t withdraw. Do not spend your money here.

got approved for a withdraw and then i waited for over 2 weeks for my withdraw only to go to them to ask where it was and they said they decided that it was refused and kept the money

I give this a four star so everybody can read this. Planet 7 casino will rip you off if you win any money at all. They will try to say that you used mixed funds or will leave your request in limbo for 2 months so you can use that money to play and lose all of it again. This is the first time I've won and they owe me a little over $2,000. That was 3 months ago. They keep saying that the manager that approves it is on medical leave then recently they said that they could not approve it because I used mixed funds which is all b******* because it was 100% cash deposit no bonus is used! Complete scam! Do not play. Plus all the games suck they're old and they have no live blackjack dealers. Horrible old and a bunch of scammers.

I won $4000 on a no deposit bonus which happened after I played all my wager and was playing with my own $ now. I tried to cash out but my $4000 dwindled down to $1700 for some reason, which they eventually denied me of because I was using mixed funds. I went back to look at my transaction history and it shows that the manager approved my withdrawal. I bookmarked it so wish me luck.

The biggest scam site I've ever played on, won and tried to cash out which they denied, then they said I mixed funds and am no longer eligible to cash out my 200$ and withdrew it from my account into their "manager withdrawal account". Absolutely ridiculous site.

OK no problem, but I can't receive mail at physical address. RV park.So gave them physical address. Now send us $10 crypto so we know it works,don't want to loose your money.

I wish I would’ve read some reviews about planet 7 before I spent any money. I tried to verify my ID. I sent very clear pictures of my ID and they denied it every time saying the pics were too blurry. But I took the clearest pics possible using a camera stand and high quality camera. But every time they would say it’s too blurry. Eventually after about 5 times they said I couldn’t use that document to verify my ID. but they only have 2 options drivers license or state ID. And I only have an ID.

This is 100% worst online casino dont male any deposits here
