Plugsurfing ist die totale Abzocke ! In Italien wurden mir an einer Enel Ladesäule, zusätzlich zu dem Ladetarif, ein Zeittarif von 62 € für 4 Stunden Standzeit berechnet. Scheint das Geschäftsmodell von Plugsurfing zu sein.

Charging session stops after a few seconds due to malfunction, pre-authorization fee is charged anyway. No problem, they see quickly enough that it was only a very short charging session and will quickly refund the majority of the amount. FOUR days later and still NOTHING refunded…. What service, Plugsurfing. NOT!!!!!

Je partage la même expérience que les autres commentaires une sur facturation de 360 € suite à un bug technique de leur part. Depuis 3 mois, nous essayons d’obtenir un remboursement, sans succès.

Würde am liebsten keinen Stern vergeben. Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten, über Plugsurfing zu laden. Die angebotenen Preise sind unverhältnismäßig hoch. Ich wollte im Ultental (Südtirol) an einer Neogy-Ladesäule laden. Über Plugsurfing lag der Preis bei 1,07 Euro je kWh. Beim Direktladen erhielt ich einen Preis von 0,55 Euro je kWh.

During a hotel stay in Germany, I charged my Polestar 2 overnight using my Polestar Charge RFID card. I expected to pay for the electricity and parking, but was instead charged a total of €106 because an additional €80.21 time-based tariff was applied.

The issue is not that the fee existed. The issue is that there was no reasonable way to know about it before starting the charging session. I used the RFID card, not the app, and the charger had no display capable of showing tariff information.

When I contacted support, they explained that RFID users are expected to check the tariff in the app before every charging session. That completely defeats the convenience of using an RFID card, and it was never made clear beforehand.

Support was polite, but they refused any goodwill reimbursement.

My advice is simple: if you use Polestar Charge or Plugsurfing, always check the tariff in the app before using your RFID card. Otherwise, you may end up with a very expensive surprise.

Ils me facturent tout les mois sans même que je sache qui c’est, avec un mail sans infos juste pour me prévenir qu’ils vont me prélever. Je vais être obligé de solliciter ma banque pour faire opposition à tout virement venant de leur entreprise de ****** !!! Si il y a des actions collectives pour les poursuivre en justice n’hésitez pas à me dire…

ag använde mitt Plugsurfing-laddkort för bekvämligheten. Laddade på en Qwello-station i Stockholm nattetid.
Jag förstår att en roamingleverantör inte alltid har exakt samma villkor som operatören själv. Däremot blev jag lockad att använda Plugsurfing eftersom ni tidigare skickat mejl där ni explicit lyft fram Qwello som ett förmånligt alternativ med konkurrenskraftiga priser.
Qwello har ett tydligt maxtak på 45 kr för tidsavgiften mellan 19:00–07:00 (för att man inte ska behöva flytta bilen mitt i natten). Trots detta debiterade Plugsurfing full minutavgift under hela 13,5 timmar → 321 kr istället för ca 177 kr enligt Qwellos publicerade tariff.
När jag kontaktade supporten hänvisade de till att jag borde ha kontrollerat priset i appen. Samtidigt marknadsför ni just laddkortet som en bekväm lösning för att slippa krångla med olika appar. Det var precis därför jag använde kortet istället för appen.
Jag mejlade supporten flera gånger med kvitto, uträkning och skärmdumpar från Qwellos webbplats. De vägrar återbetala och hänvisar till egen roamingtariff.
När ni aktivt marknadsför både Qwello som förmånligt och laddkortet som bekvämt, förväntar man sig att ni åtminstone tillämpar operatörens publika, kundskyddande regler – eller tydligt informerar om att så inte är fallet.
Tyvärr blev upplevelsen både dyrare och mer frustrerande än väntat.

Lot's of totally ridiculous hidden costs. Technically and legally ok , but totally untransparant. Think 2-4-100 times before using their card. Short : legal thieves !

Très mauvaise expérience avec Plugsurfing.
À plusieurs reprises, l’application n’a pas réussi à arrêter correctement mes sessions de recharge à cause de problèmes de connectivité entre leur serveur et les bornes. Résultat : des heures de facturation supplémentaires totalement injustifiées.
Le pire cas, une session restée active pendant plus de 72 heures pour seulement 0,1 kWh consommé… avec une facture de 361 € !

Le support a reconnu un problème de connectivité mais la facturation a continué malgré tout.

Le plus frustrant, c’est qu’il est extrêmement difficile d’obtenir un remboursement. À chaque demande, on est renvoyé vers un chatbot automatique ou des tutoriels, sans véritable prise en charge du problème par une personne compétente.

Ce type de dysfonctionnement est inacceptable pour un service de recharge électrique.

Je déconseille fortement tant que ces problèmes techniques et les pratiques de facturation ne sont pas corrigés.

Alles bestens - ausser Tarifen, Benutzung und Kundendienst. Ergo: Anbieter ohne jede Daseinsberechtigung.

L'application bug souvent. Surfacturation abusé et support n'est pas réactif aux réclamations.

Undurchsichtige Preise. Ich dachte, dass entweder nach Minuten oder kWh abgerechnet wird, aber es wurde sowohl als auch abgerechnet PLUS Blockierungsgebühr!!! Der Ladevorgang hat 3 Mal so viel gekostet wie normalerweise!!

I had a disappointing experience with this company. Despite cancelling my subscription within the specified one-month period, they renewed it anyway. When I raised the issue with their customer service, they refused to acknowledge my cancellation and were unwilling to provide information on how to escalate the complaint. I would advise against using this company, as their practices seem quite questionable.

Fraudsters have access to their data. Charging me 30 euro out of the blue and don't take accountability.

Avec Plugsurfing, des problèmes de paiement en permanence. J'ai quitté Reveo a cause d'eux, maintenant ils gèrent Mobilize et c'est la même chose. Pourquoi tous ces réseaux confient leur gestion à cette société ?

Im Oktober 2025 eine Karte für 5 Euro bestellt. Nie eine erhalten. Der Support ist sehr schnell, aber nur Versprechungen, aber nie eine Karte erhalten.

Paid for card, never arrived, gave up, the app doesn't show charger names at local charge point near me, so it would be a guessing game

I had 12 fraudulent transactions as the app was compromised on 30/8 similar to other reviews, all the same date the fraud happened but not suspicious? All were basically in different parts of the UK at very close intervals yet the company are saying it’s my fault as I didn’t notice. I have never used the app, I live in another country, never got a receipt or notification, they are refusing to provide CCTV or evidence. It seems like an inside job to me and I am over 600euro out of pocket! I am suing this company and have no other option at this point

I had two fraudulent charging sessions on my Plugsurfing account (30 Aug 2025). My account was clearly compromised, as I wasn’t in London at the time and couldn’t have made these charges.

When I reported this, Plugsurfing refused to refund me and told me only my bank could help. They also don’t provide basic security features like two-factor authentication, which would have reduced the risk of my account being hacked.

I’ve raised a formal complaint and will be escalating further. Very disappointed with the lack of security and support.

Plugsurfing wird bei vielen Ladestationen akzeptiert, das ist positiv. Die App ist in Ordnung. Insgesamt sind die Preise deutlich zu hoch für die Leistung. Im geschäftlichen Kontext ist Plugsurfing unbrauchbar, kein Versand von Rechnungen per Mail. Diese müssen umständlich per Hand aus der App heruntergeladen werden. Blockiergebühren werden über Nacht erhoben, obwohl der Anbieter der Ladesäule diese nicht erhebt. Ich finde Blockiergebühren gut und richtig, aber in der Form ist das nicht in Ordnung.
