Le 22 septembre 2022 j'ai chargé ma VE à cambrai place shuman a 16h32 la borne n'as pas fonctionnée au 1er branchement j'ai du recommencer mais plugsurfing m'a facturé 0.83 cents pour 0 kw
Cette société est malhonnête à plusieurs reprises je les ai contacté il m'ont dit que c'était en cours de remboursement mais a çe jour toujours rien de remboursé

Laadsleutel besteld en betaald maar nooit ontvangen.
Na 15 berichten en 6 maand uiteindelijk refund ontvangen.

Ladeschlüssel war auf ein Mal nicht mehr zu benutzen. Dadurch enstanden mir Kosten. Meine Beschwerde bei Plugsurfing wurde über Monate weder bearbeitet noch beantwortet. Dann wurde der Fehler zugegeben. Auf die Forderung nach Entschädigung wurde trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung nicht eingegangen.

Minutenpreis am gleichen Ladepunkt binnen 6 Wochen um 450% angehoben! Der Ladepunkteigentümer hat den Verrechnungspreis mit Plugsurfing in dieser Zeit nicht verändert.

Katastrophe!! Unberechtigt abgebuchte Berträge. Anfragen werden konsequent ignoriert. Sehr schlechte Firma

Arrived at national motor museum happy that they had provided charger in the car park.

However my joy was short lived as about 2 hrs after I Arrived (half my stay time), I still couldn't get the support to actually allow me to create an account and login to start the actual charge.

Support was useless. Why can't everyone just take a leaf out of Instsvolt's book and allow contactless payment.

EV charging will never take off while there are numpty companies like plugshare around who make it so bloody difficult to just pay for the charge you want.

Totally and utterly useless and yes the app is going straight in my bin....

Plus jamais ! des problèmes de carte prépayé, de mises a jour foireuses, et maintenant des débits de charges que j'ai faites en janvier février mars qui devaient passer en prépayé.

Plugsurfings support is a joke. Not possible to get any help if a charging station is not working and after 21 emails with the support team and 4 different people to connect my plugsurfing card to my Volvo app, they ask my for the registration certificate, i ask if they meant the registration number (licens plate) and they said no they needed the registration certificate??? wt*.

I guess they cannot spell “customer service”. Worst company ever. Do they exist? Empty and hollow answers bud chat bots and employees that can only tell that the look into your matter. Long response time…and mails with replies that just require more information. No solution seeking or responsible employees with autorisation/skills to help.

I signed in to Plugsurfing EV charging, ordered two Key fobs and paid 19.90 Euros. I have brought my phone from USA, but have a France Service, nonetheless could not download the app, since the phone is from US. Chatted with Plugsurfing, they confirmed that the app will not download to a US based phone. Requested a refund within an hour of the payment, and 2 months later, I still don't have my refund. Now I can't even chat with them via a computer.

Ich habe bei einer Station von der Wienenergie getankt. Obwohl Plugsurfing ein Partnerunternehmen ist, habe ich das 10fache!!! des Tarifs der Wienenergie gezahlt. 106,-- EUR für ca. 55 kw/h. Das ist WUCHER!
NIE in Wien mit Plugsurfing bezahlen. Und auf mein Mail zu dem Thema wurde nach 3 Monaten!!! beantwortet. Plus 12 !!! Begleitmails.

Beware of excessive charges. I have the Plugsurfing app and charge card because I thought it would be useful. However the first use was in Spain and they charged more than three times the rate I would have paid direct to the supplier using their app (1.33 euros v .40). This is a ridiculous markup and I contacted Plugsurfing customer service who just said that was the charge. I will not be using again.

The Android app has country limitations so as a tourist coming from the UAE I could not install it.
We have charged 3 or 4 times but the sessions never appeared in our online account and we already returned the rental car. I'm concerned that these bills will go to a next user.

Bisher haben wir immer mit Plugsurf geladen und die Zahlung erfolgte per Rechnung / Paypal. Anfangs war noch ein persönlicher , telefonischer Kundenkontakt möglich. Jetzt gibt es nur noch eine Standard Service E-Mail, ein persönlicher Kontakt ist nicht mehr möglich. Die Zahlung über Paypal funktioniert leider auch nicht mehr. Laut Plugsurf soll die Zahlung zukünftig nur noch über die Kreditkarte möglich sein. Das zufügen der VISA Card funktioniert leider nicht. Bei keinem anderen Anbieter haben wir mit der Karte Probleme. Auch nach diversen Mails funktioniert das Zufügen noch immer nicht. Langsam überlege ich schon, wo das Unternehmen seinem Sitz hat, vielleicht ist daher das Zufügen der VISA Card aus Sicherheitsgründen oder aufgrund der Beschränkungen nicht mehr möglich. So arbeiten wir auf jeden Fall nicht mehr mit Plugsurf zusammen, dass Vertrauen gibt es nicht mehr.

Ordered a charging key a month ago. They immediately charged my credit card. Have not yet received the key. No reply to support request by email.

Ich habe mit Plugsurfing im Sommer 2021 oft mein Fahrzeug,Mercedes EQV, geladen. Am Ende gab es eine Abrechnung auf der mir, nachgewiesener Weise,
500 €
doppelt berechnet wurden.Leider hat sich Plugsurfing bis heute nicht dazu geäußert und ich musste ein Anwaltsbüro einschalten, auch dort gab es noch keine Antwort. Sehr schade.

Diese Firma (Plugsurfing) ist sehr kundenunfreundlich! Weder per Telefon ("nicht erreichbar") noch per Email wird geantwortet. Rückerstattungen von widerrufenen Ladekarten werden nicht geleistet. Eine einzige Katastrophe! Es ist dringend davon abzuraten, mit Plugsurfing irgendwelche Verträge einzugehen. Eine inakzeptable Firma, die geschlossen gehört!

Support nicht erreichbar. Seit Januar Rechnungen ohne Auflistung der Ladevorgänge, es ist nicht klar, was abgerechnet wird. Das war bis Ende 2021 besser. Das Bezahlverfahren wurde umgestellt ohne eine Info. Ich sollte die letzte Rechnung plötzlich überweisen, obwohl es vorher Jahrelang von der Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde. Kiene Info wieso es geändert wurde.

Vrijwel alle reviews geven 1 ster, dat is eigenlijk al teveel. Voor zover er nog iets valt toe te voegen:

- laadpas werkte plotseling zonder enige aankondiging niet meer. Betrouwbaarheid is niet ok dus.
- service is 0. 5 weken en 10 mails verder is er nog geen oplossing. Geen telefooncontact mogelijk
- laadtegoed hierdoor onbruikbaar.

Denk 10x na voor je in zee gaat met plugsurfung.

I accidentally paid an invioce which was also charged to my card. So invoice was double paid. It has been nearly 8 months and they still did not pay the amount back to me. They also stopped replying to my e-mails. I do not know what to do. Feels like a SCAM!!!!
