Pésima aerolínea atención malísima y grosera asientos incómodos no tiene pantallas tiene un wifi para entrentencion y no funciona las usb no funcionan para cargar los móviles primera y última vez que vuelo con esta aerolínea pésimo servicio se paga por algo que no vale la pena una depcesion !!!!

I booked this from Lima to Madrid & Return on Black Friday offer. Unfortunately I got sick and couldn't fly the booked date. My son called the airline to change the ticket. Before I paid it, it said that the change fee is 180€ plus fare difference.
A lady sent a link to pay. Which I did. Bit later.a guy wrote back saying it was not possible to change iit and he refunded the money that arrived some days later. On the phone that day they told my son they could change the return.

Two days after departure I called to change the return and was offered to do so. I wanted to know I could as the same guy who cancelled the change had written saying the return couldn't be changed nor refunded. But the guy on the phone two days later, said it could and I believed him. I asked if I could call a bit later and he said yes.
When I called a lady took the phone and she refused to change the return. My son called as well and she refused. We both called several times. And it didn't work. Truly sad. Now I called few hours later, the guy was a bit more sympathetic. He said that one can go to the airport at the counter to change it before checking closes in order to change the ticket and not loose it. Why didn't they tell that before ? He said it was too late to change it over the phone. Had to be done 6 h ahead

And he knew I was far away from that. I'm trying to have a friend go.

I called now again , a lady picked and said it's too late to change it. I asked so why didn't they allow the change yesterday? She asked me same. Thought it was strange.
So every time one call they say different things.

I also called earlier to get a no show confirmation to try to cover some of this via travel insurance. They said I had to email to get that. After some days they responded, and asked for my boarding pass on order to issue a no show proof. So they didn't even read the original request and I repeated. Got an automatic message with the number of reclamo.
Still waiting to receive this doc. Called again to try to speed it up. They said to email.
And I did, and same response , likely automated. Still waiting for this. Asked again over the phone. They tell to email. So did again.

Anyways, they are lying , each person day different things, they don't follow the terms & conditions we have to accept before paying. In this case, I accepted to pay 180 € for change plus potential fare difference. My son called many times the day before departure of the return Madrid to Lima to change it. He spoke both to females & males who refused to change the return. I called as well. They refused. One lady said because the departure had no show they couldn't change the return. She also told the return would have needed to be changed within 72 hours of the departure only. This was never mentioned to me when I called the airline 3 times two days after the departure which I couldn't take.
Had i known that, I would have changed it right away that time. He said I could just call back later.
So misinformation, different info, lying, not following T & C one cross off for.
And so slow in answering emails.
And refusing changes when changes was possible.
Not sending docs for travel insurance .
Consciously making it very hard to be a customer. Consciously making it so difficult so they can Rob the money one spent.
Consciously making one NEVER want to use this airline nor recommended it to anyone. I have a travel agency, huge international friend circle & family. I'm a positive and kind person who write good reviews to supprt, when I have time. This time, it's my duty to warn others about this airline. They punish passengers for being unable to fly. They treat you like you've done something wrong, you're a bad person. A client is a bad person. They lie and confuse to keep ones money. Strongly recommend to avoid this airline at all costs. Asked for return of airport taxes, they refuse that as well. Usually that's possible.
I've flown with many airlines, this is the worst ever! I always check ticket conditions before paying for anything, accepted the fee of 180€. And they refuse to make changes at all nor refund taxes, or anything. Just was stealing 900€. Please avoid this airline . There are others much better.

Quise comprar hoy, subieron los precios en mi cara de un minuto a otro literal si me demoraba más subía más?; bueno, en fin, fui a comprar y avisa que "No funciona la página", no entiendo, para qué tienen si sale "Error de página" lo intenté desde el movil y laptop y NADA.

A new airline with no desire to sell products it seems. Tried to book two tickets on their website and it failed every time. Then managed to do the reservation but failed at payment saying to call them with a booking number. Nobody answers their 24h phone line or whatsapp for 2 consecutive days.

After two days of trying to contact them, I gave up.

Never have I encountered a business that tried so hard to ensure you DONT buy their product.

I guess they are cheap because they provide a cheap/non existent service. Will fly someone else.

No hagan caso a los malos comentarios, yo iba muy nerviosa por culpa de eso. Es una aerolínea como cualquier otra, la comida normal, muy puntuales incluso llegamos antes. El vuelo fue MAD-CTG con tránsito en BOG y CTG-MAD directo. Solo hay que tener en cuenta el estar pronto en la facturación, porque para mi vuelo no se podía check-in online, yo estuve 3hrs30min antes. 4hrs antes en el aeropuerto de Madrid que es más grande y tener en cuenta que el equipaje de cabina debe ser en TOTAL 10 kg. Del resto todo perfecto.

El peor avión con el que he volado. Ni USB, ni pantalla entretenimiento. Me cobraron 70€ por lleva 2kg más en la mochila y maleta de mano. Primera y última vez que vuelo con este gentuza

Una estrella es mucho atención del encargado del Coulter del aeropuerto de Madrid muy deplorable no sabe atender el público y grosero

No recomendaría esta aerolínea para nada, lo que es calidad- precio es bastante mala, 12h de vuelo sin pantallas es horribe y la comida una porquería apenas para llenarte con una solo, de ademas venden las bebidas y snaks en el avion siendo un vuelo tan largo

Mal , retraso no avisado.te Dan un jocata y un vaso de agua para pasar las 3 horas de espera.

Una vergüenza, cancelaron mi vuelo, puse reclamación y aún con el resultado a mi favor siguen sin pagarme nada, tengo la resolución por AESA, incluso de lo que tienen que pagar y él porque, basado en la ley de protección al pasajero y me dicen que no. Ahora tengo que ir a los tribunales para hace valer mis derechos, solo por ellos ser unos si vergüenzas y querer hacer los que les dé la gana. Tengo 1 año con este caso, pero que sepan ellos que voy a seguir, mis derechos no me lo van a pisotear jamás.

Asientos Horribles. Demasiados asientos por fila, sin espacio ni para comodidad de piernas ni de pasajeros. De broma caben los carritos de servicio por el pasillo
NO VOLVERÉ A VOLAR CON ÉSTA COMPAÑÍA

Estafadores. Overbooking asegurado. NO USAR. Perdida de tiempo y dinero! Que hagas el pre-checking online no te asegura un asiento en el avión. Ademas vuelos de 12 horas sin pantallas y con comida muy escasa!

We were extremely skeptical due to the many bad reviews on this company. But got a roundtrip ticket from Madrid to Bogota for unbeatable 475 euro (+70 euro each way for a exit-seat). But hey; It's always fun to try something new. :) Me and my partner is both experienced travelers with simple needs. The check in where okay, the staff okay, the service as expectet for the price. Regardless: they get 1 star - because we simply did not feel safe on the plane.
the pilot flew in a more aggressive manner, I have never seen/felt before. In a old, almost empty flight. So never again. This was scary for us.

Una de las peores experiencias de mi vida, compre el billete hace un año, llego (2h y media antes, viendo en su página que mi vuelo no iba a tener ningún cambio y que seguíamos con el itinerario planeado) al llegar me doy con la desagradable sorpresa que no puedo embargar porque mi vuelo ha salido antes de tiemp, dándome la excusa que tenía que estar tres horas antes, cuando en su página web no ponía nada sobre eso, ni ningún cambio , 0 soluciones,0 ayudas , no confíen en esta aerolínea si quieres disfrutar de tus vacaciones, tuve que pagar otro billete con otra aerolínea para poder irme , sin unos estafadores

El 14/04 viaje con Plus Ultra desde CCS a Madrid. Me fue muy bien, asientos cómodos, check on on line bien, el vuelo salió puntualmente a su hora, personal taquilla muy eficiente, azafatas muy dedicadas y amables, siempre pendientes de los pasajeros, baños limpios, comida no abundante pero bien, azafatas muy atentas y todas las veces que yo u otros pasajeros pedían agua, jugó o café siempre prestas a entregarlo rápido y con la mejor sonrisa. Viaje con una sola maleta facturada y todo bien. Y el aterrizaje excelente, cómo siempre. Ya he viajado con ellos 3/4 veces y me da pesar no poder regresar con ellos esta vez. Y escribo mi opinión porque las noticias buenas hay que publicarlas. Me sentí muy bien y confortable en su avión.

Nada funcionó. Vuelo cancelado. Reprogramado a las 24. Nos dejaron a más de 300 personas varadas en Cartagena. Solo nos dieron desayuno.

SON UNOS LADRONES MAFIOSOS, COLOCARLE UNA ESTRELLA ES MUCHO, NO VUELEN CON ELLOS, SON DE LO PEOR TE ROBAN DE FRENTE, COMPRE UN BOLETO E HICIERON UNA TRAMPA DICIENDO QUE YO LO CANCELE PORQUE SUPUESTAMENTE NO PODIA IRME EN LA FECHA CORRESPONDIENTE, SIENDO MENTIRA, AHORA QUIEREN QUE PAGUE 500 DOLARES POR PENALIZACIÓN, SON UNOS MALPARlDOS

Asco de aerolínea. He comprado un boleto y el día del vuelo me han dicho que han enviado un correo anulando mi viaje por problemas de salud. Les comento que no he sido yo y no me supieron resolver de ninguna otra forma que no fuera pagando 460 euros para reprogramar mi vuelo para 12 días después. Atención al cliente pésima. No vuelvo a volar con ellos y no la recomiendo para nada. Son unos estafadores, todo fue una trampa para robarme mi dinero.

Horrible. Antes de subir al avión te pesan el equipaje y por cada kg extra que lleves te hacen pagar 40€. Dicen que sólo puedes llevar en cabina 8kg, pero cuando recoges tu billete nadie te informa. Dentro del avión NO HAY PANTALLAS!! De hecho sí que las tienen pero cubiertas para que no puedan usarse!! Ni siquiera hay una tv donde te pongan una pelicula para entretenerse en un vuelo de 12h. La comida? Mal, muy mal! Te dan una miseria para comer y solo una botellita de agua pequeña para todo el viaje. Pasas hambre y sed. Sin duda merece la pena pagar un poco más y volar con cualquier otra aerolínea, porque igual te acabarán cobrando extras como sea. Como cruzar el océano en un low cost...qué vergüenza de servicio. Indignante, jamás recomendaría volar con ellos.
