I’ve had a really good experience living in Ferrum. The building is comfortable, the facilities are reliable, and everything you need is here — but the real standout is the maintenance team.
They’re always quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely committed to keeping everything running smoothly.
Living here feels stress-free because of the the team. Really appreciate all the hard work they do.

Have been with the community for a year and they never fail to give a excellent service. From residents to maintenance team all have been very supportive and friendly. Special mention to Lucian for going out of the way making us feel like home. Big thank you to Faysal, Jana and Anne for a very smooth move -in.

The mantainance team are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to address any issues we face.

I’ve been living at Quintain Living - Ferrum for close to a year and my experience has been really positive. The building and facilities are excellent, but the standout for me has been the maintenance team.

They are consistently fast, professional, respectful, and dependable. Whenever something needs attention, they’re quick to find a solution and always handle things with care and respect when entering the apartment. It genuinely makes a difference living somewhere where the staff take such pride in what they do.

The maintenance team deserves real credit for creating such a welcoming and well-managed environment. Thank you all for your hard work.

Ferrum has great facilities and it is well maintained, but what sets it apart is the staff. Special shout out to maintenance team Andrea, Lucian and Carol, who always go the extra mile.

I recently moved into Ferrum and I’ve had a really good experience so far. Modern, comfortable, and very well maintained flat, the whole building feels clean and looked after. The resident team has been really welcoming and helpful since I moved in.

The maintenance team is always quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Lucian and the team have fixed every issue I’ve had within just a few days, which makes living here feel very easy and stress-free.

The location is also super convenient. There are loads of shops, cafes, and food places nearby, so everything you need is close by. I also really like the amenities in the building — gym, shared resident spaces, and the great outdoor area.

Another thing I appreciate is the security, especially on match days. Even when the area gets busy, the building still feels safe and organised, and I’ve never had any problems getting home.

Overall it’s been a very positive experience so far and I’d definitely recommend living here.

We love living at the Ferrum! We have been residents since 2022 and best decision ever to choose this unit.
We have experienced excellent support from the Ferrum team. The residents staff are friendly and helpful and professional. The cleaners are super kind and approachable. Our day is always complete with their morning greetings. And the maintenance team are fabulous! Anytime we have submitted a maintenance request, we have received a prompt response. Massive thank you especially to Lucian! He consistently provides support of the highest quality. All these gestures makes Ferrum a great place to live.

Lucian from the maintenance team is professional, reliable, and efficient. He responds promptly and ensures everything is completed to a high standard. Great service and very much appreciated.

I have been living at Repton Gardens since over a year and it has been lovely since the get go. While the apartment building is well built with great amenities and well-fit apartments, the staff play a great role in making sure that living here feels safe and easy. I moved here 3 months back but cant deny the fact that this place is like a home to me now. I love every bit of it. The maintenance team is so quick to respond to the reportes issue and solve it quickly. The desk area team is supportive & really friendly. I have come across some amazing team from quintain that has made my life easy such as Liza parsana from the residence team;And dalia & julia from the leasing team. The area is great, they organise alot of social events so that the neighbours can interact. Its totally safe area to be in and the interiors and the storage space they provide in london is amazing!

Living in Luna has been fantastic. Whether it is maintenance services, a nice concierge to greet me and answer questions, or simply having pastries with friends, it is the perfect place. A special mention to Ciara, who is always so lovely and greets me very nicely. She is quick to help and answer my questions, and she is always smiling and taking care of the residents’ needs!

A big shoutout to the resident team at Ferrum for always being approachable, responsive and helpful with any requests, issues or queries. Their support and professionalism really make a difference to the overall living experience.

Awesome maintenance dep. whatever is your issue, same applies to resident team but in some cases it takes time, overall good exp.

Ken and all the staff members were very helpful they helped us with our checkout problem and the property was really maintained and If you’re considering renting in London and value not just where you live, but how you’re supported while living there, Quintain Living

The Residents team have been a big help during the years leaving here at Ferrum - especially Jana,Michael and Faysal . Lovely environment and I have enjoyed living here.
