Realdogsco

The kit is very cool and comfortable. 🥰

horrible, horrible experience. took almost a month to arrive. was sent the completely wrong product. emailed asking for a refund and a shipping label to return. never heard back. followed up. never heard back. finally heard back a month later with a surly email saying I need to pay for the return shipping per their refund policy, despite by having stated that they sent the wrong product. I guess I’ll have to do a charge back. Complete scam company. Also project is incredibly cheap & stiff.

I absolutely love the hands free harness kit!!
Amazing colours options, I wish I could buy all of them..
Great material quality, very durable, easy to put on also very comfortable for the pet owner too..
PS: can't wait for you to release a matching water bottle to attach to the hands free leash!!

Hello Real Dogs, since not even the emails or contacts through your forms are getting a response from you, I’ll take my complaint here.

I am writing to formally request an immediate refund for my order #7178, placed on February 23rd.

After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I contacted Correos Express directly. They have officially confirmed in writing that the shipment (tracking number 6330002776734851) was never handed over to them by you, and therefore the order was never dispatched.

This means the order has not been fulfilled.

I first contacted you about this issue on March 3rd and have followed up several times since then. Despite this, I have not received any resolution, and it has now been over one month since the purchase was made.

Given that:

The item was never shipped
The issue was not caused by me
No resolution has been provided within a reasonable timeframe

I am requesting a full refund immediately.

Please process the refund within 5 business days. If I do not receive confirmation within this timeframe, I will proceed with a formal dispute through my payment provider and escalate the matter further.

I expect your prompt resolution.

We love it , he's a maxi puppy just 3months old and wearing a size M , walking with a colar didn't feel comfortable for him and with the kit he loves it, guess in few months I'll need to try the weist leash to start running with him. Thanks for your work , its very comfortable for Rico and the material very good 💙 Quick and efficient delivery. Highly recommend

U can buy the same harnas at AliExpress for €10.
