He tenido varias arneses, pero al final todos fallan porque son poco robustos.

En el caso del arnés de RealDogs, llevamos dándole guerra 8 meses y aún aguanta como el primer día.

Bought a harness and leash for my dog. First size was too big, second too small, but the team was super patient and friendly, helping us exchange twice! The final one fits perfectly, quality is great, and we love the color. Highly recommend!

I ordered a size S harness – according to the size chart available on the website –and as indicated for small breeds and when I tried it on my pet, it was too big. I requested an exchange for a size XS on Tue, 21 Oct at 13:21, and the company only responded on Friday 24 October 2025 with payment link for the shipping. On Sun, 26 Oct at 17:15 I finally received the shipping label and sent in from the Post office on 27 October. Since then no news whatsever..I emailed them on 3 NOV and 10 NOV and on 11 NOV they indicated the link to the package indicated I had not sent the package! Crazy!! I sent them the proof from the post office with the package number which was sent on 27 OCT.

I am still today on 13 NOV waiting for the new harness to be sent to me. I have sent several emails to the company either receive no response or it takes them 2-3 days to respond. Aweful customer service..dont buy here and certainly dont try and exchange anything!!

I will be exercising my consumer rights with the competent authority.

I requested an exchange for a size L on November 3rd, and the company only responded on Thursday (November 6th). On November 6th, I received a response from you to choose which method to use for the exchange at 4:31 PM, to which I replied at 4:42 PM on the same day. Since I did not receive a response, I asked you again on November 7th, to which I again received no reply. On November 9th, I paid for the shipping of the harness (€9.59) to have the exchange made, and as of today (November 11th), I am still waiting for the shipping label to proceed with the return. I have sent several emails to the company and have received no response. I will be exercising my consumer rights with the competent authority.

The store is incredible, the harnesses are very well made and provide immense support for my dog, who is an English bulldog and very strong. The quality of the material is incredible, super resistant and washable. I recommend it 100%. My dog doesn't use any harnesses other than RealDogs.

Se ajusta muy bien al cuerpo y al enganchar la correa a la anilla delantera ni siquiera tira un poco. La correa de goma es la primera que probamos y nos parece muy cómoda y muy suave

Los artículos son de mala calidad. Una semana más tarde de su llegada, los extremos de la correa comenzaron a despegarse y caerse. Nos hemos intentado poner en contacto con ellos vía mail, o redes, y la respuesta es nula. Completamente desaconsejable la compra. Los 50 euros peor invertidos.

J’avoue avoir été surprise du résultat au vu des avis négatifs ! Je pensais ne jamais recevoir ma commande, ou bien recevoir un article différent…
La livraison a été un peu longue, mais j’ai reçu ma commande sans erreur, dans la bonne couleur et la bonne taille.
Point à souligner, j’ai reçu un article IDENTIQUE à celui présenté sur le compte Instagram et le site d’achat. (Photo et vidéo)

El contacto es nulo, no contestan a los correos. La calidad deja mucho que desear, el articulo es defectuoso y no dan repuesta ni se hacen cargo.

Los arneses son malísimos, se aflojan del todo cada vez que enganchas una correa y a nuestro perro le molesta en el cuello y le hace toser.
No hablemos del servicio de asistencia, no contestan durante semana y no aportan soluciones, es imposible devolver un producto o poner una reclamación.

Terrible customer service experience. I sent back a harness for an exchange. The package is sitting in a postal office point since April 7. I am requesting a full refund.

Ordered one that never got to the destination. Contacted both the distributor and RealDogs and they showed the delivery certificate saying that the package was delivered to me personally at the address (which is not true, as nobody was at home and I was 40km away, which is something I can prove). The order was 2 weeks ago now. Asked for the refund (which I didnt got) and will never buy here again. Terrible customer support and package management.

Pongo 1 estrella porque 0 no puedo. A mi perro no le iba bien el arnés de realdogs que le compré. Se le movía y se le ensanchaba solo y era de su talla.
Contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente y me dijeron que me devolverían el dinero aún y estando utilizado. No lo hicieron.
Ahora se han quedado el arnés y el dinero y además no me contestan ni a los correos ni a los mensajes, me siento estafada.
No lo recomiendo para nada, me parecia maravilloso y he visto que es todo lo contrario. Además, en otros sitios está exactamente el mismo arnés muchisimo mas barato. FATAL.
Escribo aquí la reseña porque en su página web solo dejan las reseñas positivas, ocultan la verdadera opinión de algunas personas.
