- Try adding fridge cold water to your cooler to help create a cooler breeze as it will help to refresh and cool the air.
- Top up with fridge cold water periodically to increase the longevity of its cooling power.
- Use the ice packs one at a time alternating when one is no longer icy for an extra boost of cool air.

Unit arrived securely packaged for delivery.
I accidentally ordered twice. Customer service promptly cancelled 1 item and swiftly issued a refund.
Using the product now just what I need in the current heatwave, I am using the cooling option during the day and the fan when itâs cooler.
I had an issue with delivery, but that was courier fault not Rediffusion.

Fabulous product and easy to buy
Incredibly easy to purchase, was delivered the next day and ready for the heatwave. The fan totally saved me and worked so well that it enabled me to sleep. When I switched it off in the morning, it shot up 4 degrees in 5 minutes. Itâs quiet, good airflow and the light goes off after a few minutes so itâs easy to sleep

Went with the reliable name for product got the 4L portable Air cooler you add water & ice packs that come with it, & found it is no different than my normal tower fan hasn't cooled the bedroom down at all on full settings been on 3 hours & nothing changed as checking with temperature gauge, so not worth the extra faffing with water & icepack
