Customer service is so bad
Customer service is so bad, they closed my escalation without resolution, 7:53 sent me an email to provide additional information, 7:54 pm (one minute after) closed the ticket themself.

Based on the confirmation received, the transfer was processed successfully from their end. Avoid at all costs—10 days of stalling and complete incompetence
I have had an absolute nightmare experience attempting a $3,000 withdrawal with Remitbee. It has been 10 days since the initial request, and the process has been a masterclass in mismanagement.
The level of inconsistency is staggering. During my attempts to get this resolved, I spoke to multiple agents who couldn't even agree on the fee structure—I was quoted everything from $5 to $55 to "free" at different times.
While trying to resolve this while on vacation, the experience was even worse. I would wake up to emails from random support staff (despite keeping my replies in the same thread) contradicting everything I had been told previously. I was told over the phone to simply submit a void cheque, only to wake up the next morning to an email demanding a selfie with my ID, despite having already verified my account.
It reached a point where I had to contact the fraud department at my bank (CIBC) to report the erratic behavior of this platform. I’ve had to waste countless hours of my vacation time on live chats, phone calls, and endless email chains just to access my own money.
If you value your time and your sanity, look elsewhere. Remitbee’s support is fragmented, their information is unreliable, and they make accessing your own funds an exhausting, full-time job. Extremely poor experience.

Will not try again
Will not try again. I submitted a payment because the app told me I would get the money on the same day. 4 days later, I got an email saying they needed additional information for the type of transaction I selected (information which was not prompted within the app). 10 days later, still no payment. I called them and I was told that 'there is an issue with their payment provider'. I asked for a refund, and instead they cancelled the transaction. The catch is: they made it look like I requested a transaction cancelation, and charged me $5 to transfer my own money (which they have been holding onto without explanation for 10+ days) back to my bank account. To summarize: slow, irresponsible, and bad customer service

Great customer service
I made my first money transfer to Philippines with Remitbee and unfortunately I entered a wrong bank name and my transfer didn’t go through. I called the customer service and Kenneth helped me out with my issue and resolved it right away and made sure that the money was received immediately.
