At RemitBee, security and transparency are our top priorities. To help protect you from potential fraud, we have published several helpful resources. The recall request was escalated, and a hold on the recipient account was requested. The matter was reported to our overseas partner, who has raised multiple follow-ups with NPCI. No response has been received from the beneficiary bank to date.
Recalls are not guaranteed and remain subject to the cooperation of the recipient bank and account holder. In accordance with RemitBee’s terms and conditions, users are responsible for maintaining account security, and RemitBee bears no liability for transactions related to fraud or scams.
Furthermore, you have initiated a chargeback with your bank notwithstanding that the transactions were completed successfully. This constitutes a breach of the contractual agreement between RemitBee and yourself. Your failure to fund and pay for the completed transactions has resulted in RemitBee being deprived of lawful payment for services that were acknowledged and accepted.
