Astonishingly rude and unprofessional personnel run these deliveries, refuse to install correctly and create a reverse logistical nightmare for the consumer.

I had ten thousand dollars worth of cabinets delivered. While the two drivers themselves were nice, they brought in six of the smaller boxes, and then the three large ones they essentially said to me that they were too big, and they "didn't want to be liable", so they were leaving them in the driveway. So you're a moving company, but you don't actually deliver the big items people can't move? What is the purpose of movers if they don't actually move the items, you can't do inside? I'm under a hundred pounds, and I had to help my husband get them in the house. When I called Lowe's, which is where I bought the cabinets from, they told me this should not have happened. Next time I will refuse delivery from them if they don't bring things inside my house. I have never had an experience like this.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on July 14th and they held it until August 3rd. Worst shipping company. They do not care about customer service.

Menards was great to deal with but the delivery service RXO customer service was not great! They said they were come on July 8th so my husband took off of work, then that morning around 9am we got a text message saying they weren’t coming because of unforeseen circumstances. They called and rescheduled for the 14th so my husband took off work again then I never got a text message saying they were coming so I decided to call them. Then under and they said I needed to call and schedule it.Hmmmm I already scheduled it. That’s why my husband took off of work. I guess the third times the charm with RXO because they showed up on the third scheduled time. I will say the third-party carrier that dropped our cabinets off was amazing. I cannot say that about RXO.

Communication, customer service. All amazing. I am very impressed. You don’t see companies anymore with this level of service.

Lied and said they tried to deliver my package. The concierge has proof they never did and I was home all day and no one tried calling me to be let in. I have an installer coming tomorrow and don’t have my item because of these useless liars

Additional info: A person named Joanna called me attempting to act like she was apologetic for the service. She said she would call the warehouse, try and get the items (worth close to $500) delivered sooner than the almost week out they had the re-delivery set at. She said she’d call me back with an update or if I didn’t hear back to call her directly and that she would be sure to respond. Two calls to her and NOTHING. Never heard back. The whole team seems to be a bunch of incompetent LIARS. I’ve filed complaints with Amazon and the BBB. Stay away unless you want to be lied to continuously with your product delayed.
