I have been driving an 18-wheeler across 48 U.S. states for over twenty years, and I have never encountered a company as terrible as RXO. They broke their promises to me twice; I had to stay home waiting, only to be let down by empty words. If it were possible to give a rating lower than one star, I would give it to RXO. Consider this a warning to anyone thinking of trusting this company.

They came within the time indicated. They were courteous and items were gently taken off the vehicle and neatly stacked. Very good service.

I had ordered a Serta adjustable bed from Wayfair. Apparently serta uses RXO. It was important for me that the delivery was a certain date 4 weeks from the order date because I would not be at the location until then. I used their website to set it up. All of a sudden rxo changed that date to the following day. I chat, email, call. Someone promises that it’s rescheduled again. But the following day they attempt delivery after all. Then they set it to the following Wednesday. Again i chat, call, email and plead… someone promises but the delivery date doesn’t change. I decide last minute to do the 4 hour drive to the location- only they show up an hour too early- and leave. I ended up canceling this order. No bed is worth this amount of stress.

The driver and his assistant were friendly and got the boxes off in a timely manner.
I noticed one of the boxes bottom was coming undone and the driver let me inspect the cabinet piece in question. No apparent damage done. Was happy about that. Thanks guys!

Delivery was delayed. Rescheduled delivery never showed up. I still have not received my delivery, and had to reach out to let the company know instead of receiving proactive communication.

Rxo has been great. I built my kitchen with cardel cabinets, finish up with island, there was delays in my delivery, counter tops come next week, RXO made it possible for me to get my cabinets within schedule. I appreciate that. Thank you. This is my 2nd experience with RXO and each interaction has been Excellent

The guys were courteous and on time

I had the same two guys deliver this time that I had a year ago! Again they were both on time, very polite and just seemed like great people!

I was able to track their progress to my house making it easier to have someone there to receive. They also called me to confirm if the cabinets were going in the house or shop so they got it right. They unloaded in a very timely manner and were very nice. As pleasant an experience as I could have hoped for!

I paid almost $800 for white glove delivery of $8000 worth of patio furniture from a company that used RXO as the final delivery service. RXO was supposed to put the furniture together, place it where we wanted it, and haul away the trash. We were supposed to schedule a time to do the delivery. They scheduled a time and did not show up. They texted me two days later with a timeframe for delivery and still did not show up. Hours and hours later they finally showed up and delivery people had no idea they were supposed to put the furniture together and ruined all the furniture by putting it together incorrectly, dumped it in the garage, didn’t haul away all the trash, and left. No response from RXO despite texts and phone calls. Completely sh$& company.

Both delivery guys were friendly and professional. The rep I spoke with the previous day was very helpful and accommodating.

The cabinet delivery went smoothly. The drivers were great—professional, on time and worked well together to handle the boxes with care. Really appreciated that! Overall great experience.

The delivery team communicated well about expected arrival, were efficient and courteous. Very professional! This is the second time this team has delivered items to us and they do a great job!

It arrived when they said it was. Communication was top notch. Delivery driver was great.

I didn't get a delivery timeframe until day of, a Thursday, and then they had "mechanical issues" that day (more like capacity issue I bet) and had to cancel. I got a call canceling and I went I asked they said there was no new timeframe and they'd call or email me. They never did! I also was supposedly going to get a text when they were 30 minutes out from my location. Well I never got that so on Friday I got a text at 8:07 pm saying they were on their way. The location tracker said they were already there. I tried to call, they said there was a long line (like they say every time I've called). I pressed one for the call back option and NEVER got a call back. I was 20 minutes out with no way to reach the delivery team so I rushed back, but by the time I'd arrived, they'd left the washer and dryer that I was supposed to SIGN for on my porch. I called LG who I bought the washer and dryer from and THEY couldn't reach this company either. I see that the company responds to negative reviews apologizing for this unusual experience, but it's clearly about half the reviews so a totally average experience with them. For the record, I don't blame the delivery drivers at all, this is clearly a management issue.

The process was very professional and easy to follow. The delivery crew Ray and his partner did a great job making sure I was happy
