Not good enough….
I have used these guys 3 times previously. The last 2 charters ended up with either boat issues… mainly technical. What’s disappointing is the complete inability of Sailogy to step in and resolve. Happy to take euro13k for a 1 week sailing but not to be seen when there is an issue. Next time I will go direct to the Charter company, negotiate a better price and make sure all is fit for purpose.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the fuel tank. Please be assured that we were fully informed of the situation, as we were included in your exchanges with the charter company throughout.
The requirement to return the boat with a full fuel tank is a strict policy of the charter company, as failing to do so may result in a penalty fee of €200. In your case, we understand there was both a miscommunication with the base manager and a possible issue with the fuel gauge. The charter company is already investigating this and will provide you with the necessary clarifications.
We remain committed to supporting you and ensuring that the charter partner addresses your concern appropriately.

Organizzazione perfetta. Barca pulita e in ordine. Rapporto costo/servizi assolutamente adeguato.
Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci avevano promesso.
Con cinque bambini a bordo lo Skipper Antonio è stato paziente e empatico. Grazie Antonio anche per il regalo che hai fatto ai nostri bimbi.
Un suggerimento. Visto che la barca può ospitare 12/14 pax, sarebbe utile avere a bordo una padella più grande ed uno scolapasta adeguato al 1,5 kg di pasta che ogni famiglia italiana che si rispetti mangia a pranzo.

Esperienza deludente a bordo del Bali 4.2 – dal 14 al 21 giugno, Capraia e Corsica noleggiato un catamarano Bali…
Abbiamo noleggiato un catamarano Bali 4.2 per un gruppo di 8 persone dal 14 al 21 giugno, partenza e rientro da Marina di Cecina, con l’itinerario previsto tra Capraia e Corsica. Purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata compromessa in modo significativo dalla gestione poco professionale dello skipper assegnato.
E'mancato completamente un coinvolgimento umano: lo skipper non ha mai proposto attività interessanti né suggerito luoghi da visitare o esperienze da vivere lungo l’itinerario. Si è limitato al minimo indispensabile, lasciandoci spesso e volentieri in rada, in alto mare, anche quando sarebbe stato possibile attraccare per esplorare le isole.
L’episodio più grave si è verificato quando ha deciso di lasciare il porto prima dell’orario concordato, senza nemmeno fare un controllo basilare su chi fosse effettivamente a bordo. Questo comportamento ha messo a rischio l’incolumità del gruppo e denota una gestione totalmente irresponsabile e inaccettabile.
Una settimana in barca dovrebbe essere un’esperienza piacevole, rilassante e ben organizzata.
Ps :asciugamani a bordo pessime...

Per quanto riguarda la condizione degli asciugamani a bordo, inoltreremo subito la sua segnalazione alla società di charter responsabile dell’allestimento dell’imbarcazione, chiedendo loro maggiore attenzione alla cura dei dettagli e alla qualità degli accessori forniti a bordo.
Riguardo allo skipper, ci rincresce sapere che il servizio non sia stato soddisfacente. È importante precisare che gli skipper vengono selezionati e messi a disposizione direttamente dalle compagnie di charter partner, e non sono sotto la nostra diretta gestione. Tuttavia, segnalazioni come la sua sono fondamentali per noi: ci aiutano a monitorare con attenzione i nostri fornitori e, se necessario, a rivedere le collaborazioni con chi non rispetta gli standard di professionalità e accoglienza che ci impegniamo a garantire.
Condivideremo il suo riscontro con i responsabili competenti, con l’obiettivo – per noi prioritario – di migliorare continuamente l’esperienza dei nostri clienti.
Rimaniamo a sua completa disposizione per qualsiasi ulteriore chiarimento e, certi di poterle offrire in futuro un servizio all’altezza delle sue aspettative, le porgiamo i nostri più cordiali saluti.

Missing charter cheat prevention, IMHO
Not a bad experience with Sailogy directly, but I would apreciate very much to have them preventing the charters to cheat us! examples: unreliable feature list, lastminute boat unavailability, fake damages or real missing boat maintenance, response time on emergency.

Unfortunately, just before departure, there was an emergency involving the originally assigned skipper, who experienced a health issue. Despite the challenges of high season, the charter company managed to find a replacement as quickly as possible.
We understand that this may have negatively impacted your holiday. For this reason, the charter company agreed to a partial refund to help compensate for the inconvenience.
We are confident that your next sailing experience will be much more enjoyable, and we would be happy to assist you in planning it to perfection.

I had an outstanding experience with Sailogy thanks to their exceptional customer service during the booking process.
