Superb Doufour 46 GL booked in Pallenca at very good price
For the moment I just reserved a Dufour 46 in Pallenca for next July. Everything went quite smooth and all details were clearly explained by Luigi in perfect way offering me also a good deal at a good price. I am sure that also the cruise will run in good way according to our expectations.

perfect organization in Capo D'Orlando
Abbiamo riservato un Lagoon 38 del 2014 per 4 giorni alle Eolie.... la compagnia Barcando essendo fuori stagione, ed avendo barche disonibili, ci ha dato senza alcun costo extra un BALI 4.1 del 2020 che migliorato nettamente la ns. esperienza.
Check in/out veloce, preciso e puntuale, fatto personalmente da loro equipaggio... e non on line come sempre più spesso accade.. consigliatissimo"!

Very patient, transparent, friendly and prompt sevice from Luigi and Massimo supporting the selection and booking of a yacht in croatia. To ease the process Luigi blocked options in advance for free, providing enough time for research and discussion with the crew. Thank you very much!

The onboarding process was extremally inadequate and unprofessional.
The yacht was in good condition and well equipped.
The onboarding process was extremally inadequate and unprofessional.
The conditions when sailing was permitted were very restrictive (e.g. windspeed < 21 knots)..
The sailing areas that were prohibited were overly conservative and restrictive.

We’re sorry that the onboarding process did not meet your expectations. Our local charter partner handles the onboarding, and we will certainly pass along your comments to ensure they review and improve their process for future guests.
Regarding the sailing conditions and area restrictions, we understand they may have felt limiting. These rules are determined either by the local authorities or the charter company for safety reasons, and while they are beyond our direct control, they are put in place to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences for all sailors.
We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue working closely with our local partners to enhance the overall experience for our guests.
