E’ la seconda volta che utilizzo Saiogy per noleggiare una barca, prezzi competitivi, ampia scelta, ottima assistenza e supporto per il contatto con il charter. Consiglio senza ombra di dubbio, e l’estate prossima altro giro.

Sailogy mi ha trovato barca e skipper in pochissimo tempo permettendomi di scegliere tra varie opzioni.

La vacanza in catamarano è stata un'esperienza unica perché ci ha regalato momenti di relax. Abbiamo visitato ed ammirato posti e spiagge in Croazia mozzafiato!!! Il supporto dell'agenzia Sailogy è stato basilare per tutte le informazioni a premessa della vacanza.
Lo skipper croato è stata la parte fondamentale del viaggio perché ci ha consigliato un itinerario suggestivo nei parchi nazionali!!!
Lui è stato perfetto in quanto una persona con grandi competenze e questo ci ha garantito sicurezza e massima affidabilità!!!

No guarantee of quality of vessel / charter company.
Experienced a LOT of issues with the boat, and they took no responsibility. As they wrote: “we have contacted the charter company - please see their reply”.
Apparently I was to expect issues on an “economy boat” ie 7,5 k€ catamaran w. Skipper for 1 week. Had they just told me before chartering, I would never have gone with it.
Recommend to read other peoples experiences on Trustpilot - seems I am not the only one.
NEVER AGAIN!
Updated: How can Sailogy say I enjoyed it - what does that mean and by the way, I did not talk to them. We had a good holiday, but we were also everyday annoyed by having to skip one sleeping quarter as AC not working, smell from toilets, a rudder that did not work for the whole week etc...How dare they to state that I enjoyed the holiday...they have no clue and from their answer, they do not REALLY care...just words.

We have reviewed the case and it seems to us that, fortunately, none of the issues you encountered affected your holiday to such an extent that it prevented you from enjoying it.
Nevertheless, we are equally very sorry to see that this is still your feeling after your holiday has ended and been enjoyed.

Just not good enough
Just not good enough. My family left standing on pier in 40 degrees heat without shade or water for 30 minutes. None one interested in us. Trying to contact staff who really didn't care.
Beds not made up.
Not enough pillow cases.
No lining in toilet bons for poo paper.
Asked for 2 extra chairs...never happened.
Worn down boat.
Awful check in but good trip with nice captain.
Friends also using Sailogy had similar or worse experience.

Sailogy è un'azienda che a sua volta si appoggia a varie compagnie, in quanto tale è davvero ottima, (già 4 vacanze con loro!) persone disponibili e che cercano di venire incontro sia economicamente che nei desideri; le compagnie di noleggio non sempre sono all'altezza ed è possibile trovare piccole o grandi sorprese alla partenza. consiglio quindi di stampare bene ogni accordo preso tramite Sailogy per farlo presente al momento del ritiro della barca.

They booked the wrong dropp of…
They booked the wrong dropp of location. The only option we had was paying double the amount for a new boat and loose the payment we had done, which was insane.
They were unreachable during weekends, replied back to us only 3 days after the weekend. We had to reschedule our whole route and make extra costs in order to bring the boat back to a different location. After contacting them and asking for a solution we never got an reply back. Nobody had the decency to email or contact us. Will never book again through this platform. Very disappointing to see that this company is not capable of good customer service and seeking for a solution.

We have thoroughly investigated the matter and can confirm that the drop-in and drop-off destinations were communicated and confirmed to you several times: in the quotation before the reservation, in every email correspondence with the travel consultant, and in both boarding passes from Sailogy and the charter company. They were also correctly mentioned on your vacation page and available for your consultation at any time.
Throughout your vacation, we assisted you pre, during, and post-travel, maintaining constant communication with the charter company to find the best alternative. We would have been happy to help you find a different drop-off in the weeks before the charter if you had informed us about your actual sailing itinerary, which we were never made aware of.
Our procedure requires client confirmation before proceeding with payment, which in your case was received via email. This is the first time we have encountered such an issue, as we strive to ensure our communications are clear and accessible to our clients at all times.
We appreciate your understanding and are committed to continuously improving our services. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Esperienza bellissima da ripetere.
Sin dai primi contatti con la Signora Nidoela ho avuto la sensazione di essere nelle mani di persone competenti, quali poi si sono rivelati. Ho avuto le risposte complete, puntuali e immediate ad alcune mie richieste di informazioni.
La barca ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, purtroppo era carente di qualche accessorio della cucina: soprattutto la macchinetta del caffè. Ma devo dire che grazie all'interessamento dello skipper, il giorno dopo e mentre eravamo in navigazione, la società ci ha fatto arrivare a bordo una macchina da caffè completamente nuova.
Poi abbiamo molto apprezzato lo skipper Ivan Martinovic. Skipper molto professionale e sempre disponibile e, a bordo, ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio così come anche lui si è integrato bene con l'equipaggio. Da parte di tutti lo ringraziamo ancora una volta: bravissimo Ivan!!!
