I was worried it would not be compatible...
It was compatible and easy to fit.

Ordered Wednesday, today is the 14th Saturday and not received it yet. You said 2/3 days delivery,so where is it.

I ordered an up to date a Becker sat nav card for my Mercedes B class. Money taken very quickly and card arrived in 3 days. Then discovered the local Mercedes dealer had given me the wrong info. as it should be Garmin. No return address to Sat Nav Connect and emails to supplied UK and German addresses rejected with 'does not exist' comment. So I'm stuck!

I Placed an order yesterday took payments got no acknowledgement of order. Tried to contact them with no luck, try sending emails but getting undeliverable notice.

SCAM!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!! READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. The positive ones are FAKE. Horrible customer service and never received my refund. Also look at the response this company says to all the negative reviews. They just repeat it and say take legal actions if you must. Not providing at all how to solve the issue with them. They know taking legal action on a small item will most likely never happen. PEOPLE DON'T SHOP HERE.

Quick and easy to order. Package arrived intact. SD card works perfectly.

Leider muss man einen Stern geben, sonst würde ich -5 geben, ich habe bei dem Anbieter Navigationssoftware bestellt, leider sind nach der Bezahlung keinerlei Infos und Antworten mehr gekommen, die Firma war wie nicht vorhanden.
Ich habe über meinen Kreditkartenanbieter nach 6 Monaten den Betrag wieder erstattet bekommen.
SAT Nav Connect ist kein Anbieter dem man vertrauen sollte.

I ordered the wrong card, could not use it as I was sick for weeks, on asking the company if I could send the card back (unused) and they could replace and I would pay the postage both ways they refused, 4 days after the 30 day return period due to my sickness. terrible company with nor customer service skills at all. Look on Google you can find many companies at a much lower cost, which I have now done, with actual phone numbers to talk to someone, also they would only accept Bacs payment, no cards or Paypal etc. a terrible experience with these very bad services people. AVOID.

Really straightforward ordering process, very prompt delivery and worked straight out of the box

Making a purchase online payments, totally bewildered, didn't show choice of card payment, just place order, then it showed thanks for your order ??, also showed satnav connect bank details, bank account number, sort code ??checked no payments taken as yet. So what am I missing, never come across online payments process as this one, also set up account and password, used email link to verify, not recognised. ????

SD card didn’t originally work but after getting in touch directly through their email, I returned the SD card & a new one was sent & it now works perfectly well.

Request for advice answered promptly and efficiently. Sadly, sd card did not arrive (despite a tracking number). My query email not answered, but a direct email to Boris resulted in an sd card in post which arrived promptly. All in all a good service.

Original one lost in post, no hesitation in sending replacement, easy to install, all working well

I ordered on 9/03/23 and still waiting for item and we are on 20/03/23. Was saing 2-3 working days delivery. I start believe this is a fake site and I won't recomend it to any one. My money are just gone now

Waste of time, paid for a SD Card and got one with no data!! Go elsewhere and save the hassle

It has been 10 days since I placed the order and I still have not received my item. I’ve emailed them twice now, and called the number on the website to try and speak to someone but no answer. I’ve ended up reporting this transaction to my credit card as fraud. Would NOT recommend or buy from again.
